Stayed Mar 16, 2026My family had a great stay. The property was clean and perfect for our situation, especially being 15 minutes away from Ski Cooper. Debbie was easy to communicate with, and her response time was on point. Highly recommend.

Stayed Jul 24, 2025This home has everything you need for a great stay! Kitchen is fully equipped, and nice appliances and cookware etc. Beds are comfortable and there is more than enough towels left for you to use. Location is great and deck as beautiful views of the mountains. No issues with WiFi or getting into home. Host is responsive and willing to work with you for requests! If we are ever back in area we would book here again!

Well-located in Leadville, about 10-15 minutes from Ski Cooper, very close to Safeway grocery and gas stations, etc. House was clean with comfortable sleeping spaces and well appointed. Communication with the host, Debbie, was excellent. Would recommend for those seeking a getaway in the mountains and comfortable accommodations.
