The cabin is adorable,loved the creek,we would definitly come back. Touristy stuff is close enough if you want that. All it really need maybe is apower wash,and dusting inside.Lots of spider webs,but i know Tennessee has em! Biggest daddy long legs I've ever seen lol! All in all wonderful time!

It was a cute secluded cabin. Just outside of the busy area, but only 20 minutes away from gatlinburg

We had a wonderful time. We stayed for 3 nights celebrating my boyfriend 50th birthday. It was peaceful and perfect. Everything worked as it should and the weather was great.

Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful cabin in a beautiful setting. Will definitely be back!

I don’t mean to put aside the beauty of the cabin and location however there were some major disappointments. Right off the bat you could tell the property was not cleaned very well. There was dust everywhere, and the jacuzzi was filled with dirt. On top of the dirt and dust there is a major bee problem. We had to wear shoes in the house because each step we took we were stepping on bees. They were also in the bed, jacuzzi, and hot tub. The bathrooms were quite nice but the shower had a large crack in the base. There were also multiple cracked blinds. The hot tub smelled like stale rotten water instead of being cleaned. Once again this is a beautiful property and a beautiful location but it’s safe to say that I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and having insects everywhere.

We loved the location and surrounding area. The creek was so peaceful and the hot tub was super relaxing after a long day exploring. Great access to a Walmart and dollarG for food and needs and within a short drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

The cabin was in a great location and was just as described. Everything worked well during our stay and we would definitely stay again.

Great cabin to stay! Clean, secluded and comfortable! The hot tub and deck overlooking the stream is awesome! The location is great if you don't care to be in the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg yet still plenty close to enjoy the whole area!

My husband and I rented this cabin for our 17th anniversary. We brought our 2 pups, and they absolutely love exploring outside. Lots to sniff!

Everything was clean and property was in a very nice and scenic location.

We enjoyed the quiet and serene location of the cabin.

Needs a little TLC . House keeping could use an extra session otherwise as described with gorgeous view and plenty of towels etc. Hottub and indoor Jacuzzi tub worked great. No other issues check in was easy .

The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was clean and well kept. We loved the creek right behind the cabin for easy access to fly fishing !

Nice cabin I would recommend they install some lights on the bridge and signs showing which cabin is which. 2 cabins and no address markers on them

The cabin was perfect!! Being right on the creek was amazing. The creek was really high because if all the rain. But we can't wait to go back!!!

I made this booking primarily because of the creek in the back. We were spending some timein Gatlinburg on our honeymoon and I wanted to sleep somewhere that had a chance of meeting a Tennessee native brookie. The creek was real nice and full of fish activity when we arrived, I made a few casts but we needed to settle in and eat as it was nearly dark outside and we had traveled a long way to get there. It poured that night and the creek became very high and fast very quickly. We enjoyed our time at the cabin (love the hot tub with the creek view for waking up in the morning) but the conditions were poor enough that I didn’t get to do the fishing that I had hoped. This is a great place to stay if you are visiting the nearby attractions and are looking to stay outside of the hustle.

Would have been ok but they are trying to charge us for an old wore out vinyl couch that was in bad shape when we arrived. The a/c was noisy and e jacuzzi and about 8 cabins nearby. There is a horse farm behind the cabin which were beautiful but smelled like dung the whole time there. Lots of litter around and bed linens dirty

This property is beautiful. We will stay again.Exactly as stated and clean. We enjoyed everything about it.The only down fall we had was the hottub. The cover is severely damaged and waterlogged. Very heavy to move for us. Also, we stayed the week and there was no chemicals available to put in. It would have helped to have chlorine tabs to stop the smell. If you have a hottub of your own, you will know what I speaking of. Otherwise this place is fabulous.Linens and towels were provided and plenty of them.We cannot wait to go back....

Perfect little stay with the family!

Loved the location of this cabin, Vrbo pictures doesn’t show it but cabin’s porch is literally on the edge of the creek, so when you are sitting there it feels like you are in the middle of it. Serene place to sit and have a breakfast & coffee. We also did enjoy herd of horses across the creek, made for beautiful scenery. We did bring cheap 32” smart tv (69 at target) for streaming, which we used while enjoying jacuzzi in the evening for Harry Potter marathon (made our daughter extremely happy). Not necessary but we do this to be on the safe side if there is only limited options available or we want to enjoy different movies at same time. Other than that we liked close proximity to park and Pigeon forge. Not really fans of attractions in PF or Gatlinburg but it is within reach if someone’s into it. We did used couple cabins in the area but this one has that wow factor being right by the creek

Cabin was very cute. It was a nice little trip. Cabin was very dark maybe need some updated lighting. Heater/AC unit needs to be serviced. Screen front door needs to be fixed. Hot tub cover is so so heavy. Neighbors were nosy.

Nice, quiet area with beautiful view of creek and horses. Good for dogs, with road to walk them and grassy areas. Not a lot of restaurant options, most places close by 5 pm. We ate at Janice's 3 times but cabin is not far from a Dollar General. Heater/AC unit is loud. Quick drive to Gatlinburg and hiking in Smokies.

The property was very clean. Disappointed about access to water. Needs comfortable recliner and tv in bedroom. Instructions for heat/cool

We had such a great stay here, the stream in back is beautiful and definitely makes this place special. Very close to attractions on northest side of national park.

We stayed in Februrary 2025. We experienced snowfall and had a great overall experience in Cosby. The property was comfy for 2 people and 2 small dogs. Would recommend to anyone looking to get off the beaten tourist spots and reside in private nature.

It was very nice and relaxing ,maybe one helpful thing for other guest is that the only bedroom is upstairs and would be nice to have a TV there .And the heater was a little noisy It may need a maintenance check.

Had a blast. The place was cozy and all the necessary kitchen amenities were there(no dishwasher but who needs it). The hot tub was great and sat two tall adults very comfortably. There was room for two not as tall adults. The creek was beautiful and the sound of the babbling water was very peaceful. Pretty closeTo a country diner and only a 10-15 minute drive away from the Walmart grocery store. About 30 minutes from Gatlinburg and all that mess. 10/10 would recommend

I really enjoyed staying at this location with my partner! There’s lots of hidden gems around the area, and the cabin itself is really great. Trash service isn’t provided at the cabin however, so owners ask that you take your trash to a local dump if it doesn’t fit in the can outside. That wasn’t a problem for me, but if staying longer than a couple days, it is something that’s good to know of ahead of time:) the lockbox for the key is a little tricky to get into as well! All very minor details! a very clean place and I liked the location a lot as it kept traffic times down not having to drive in and out of gatlinburg/pigeon forge too often!

It was beautiful and tranquil. Cabin felt like home! Hot tub was awesome and the creek is right outside the back deck. It was amazing and can't wait to stay again!

Great cabin next to beautiful creek alongside Smoky Mountain NP. Would have rated higher but mini-split AC was noisy and I couldn’t get propane furnace to work. All the other appliances are new and worked wonderfully. David was very responsive to all my questions.

Love this place! Everything we could have ever asked for! It needs a good deep cleaning but overall it’s clean. We will visit again. Very remote, peaceful! The back porch with the rushing creek was enough for us!

This cabin is GORGEOUS & the perfect spot for anyone looking for some relaxing time outdoors. From the creek out back, to the lovely tub in the bedroom, to the back porch in the hot tub just listening to the creek flow and the crickets and frogs chirp, this cabin is a WONDERFUL choice! We were worried because previews reviews were showing they were unable to access the creek. We had no problem accessing the creek, it is a little steep, but doable for people who get around easily. Our dogs loved the place just as much as we did. We will definitely be back to stay at this beautiful home in the future!
