Everything was in good condition and the location was great.

We loved this home! It was very clean with so many special touches that made us feel welcome. The decor was modern and beautiful. The masterbed is huge and comfortable and the linens are like brand new. Both bathrooms were clean with some toiletries and amenities. Love the decor. The kitchen has a Keurig/pot coffee maker combo and worked perfectly for our morning coffee. Fireplace was stocked and we enjoyed a night of games by the fire after a long day of skiing. If the living room had a comfy big couch we would have never left. It was a great stay - absolutely recommend!

The home was great! The host was welcoming and attentive and the home included everything we needed for a comfortable, at-home experience. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and the location was perfect (less than 5 minutes from front door to skiing down Frosty). We will be back!!

Our stay could not have been any better! The host was very communicative, and the property was immaculate. The beds, towels, sheets, blankets, and loads of extra linens were so fluffy, soft, and luxurious. If you’re considering another property…don’t! This has it all and provided us with years of wonderful family skiing memory.

Actually, 100 out of 10!We often stay in the Poconos, and I can honestly say this is the best house we’ve rented in terms of comfort and cleanliness. We came for an off-season weekend getaway to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it was just perfect.The bed was large and incredibly comfortable, with great pillows and a top-quality mattress. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed — all appliances were high-end, and we really appreciated the water filter. And for the first time ever in a rental home — perfectly sharp knives!The terrace had brand-new, cozy furniture, there was a generous supply of charcoal for the grill, and a full stack of firewood ready to use — no “bring your own log” policy, which was such a pleasant surprise (though as experienced travelers, we brought our own anyway!).It’s the small details that truly made the stay feel special - towels folded like in a five-star hotel, thick (not see-through!) toilet paper, beautiful dishes, and just an overall sense of care and love from the owners.Thank you so much, Philip! Wishing you full bookings all year round - we’ll definitely be back.

Excellent property and host. The best of at least a dozen similar units I have stayed in.

In May, we found there to be abundant wildlife, calming nature, and very few other people and what I consider a cabin (among approximately 200 other cabins) in the woods type setting. A great place to come back and relax after a day of activity. Just be aware there is no AC.

We had a girls night for my daughter’s 18th Birthday. The place was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Wood was provided for us to build a fire in the fireplace, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the host was very responsive to all of our questions. Would definitely recommend!
