This 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath is well kept and and recently remodeled! Perfect for winter Texans or a weekend fishing resort! The kitchen overlooks the dining and living room so that you can easily entertain. The upstairs covered balcony overlooks the canal and is great for morning coffee or sunset. Very Nice neighborhood and quiet. Please if you're outside remember the loud music travels down the water and some neighbors have to go to work the next morning. They would appreciate it!

Stayed Sep 3, 2025Beautiful home in perfect location. It’s immaculate and well stocked with everything you can think of! We were able to dock our 25’ boat which made getting out on the water quick every day much easier than loading and unloading. We will definitely be back. We didn’t want to leave!

Stayed Jun 8, 2025Great place to stay, had a blast on the family vaction. Denise has a beautiful home with plenty of space. Morning coffee on the patio and bbq dinner downstairs by the pool. Kids enjoyed the pool everyday, fishing off the backyard boat dock. Beaches and fishing piers near by couple great restaurants. Beautiful place for your family vacation definitely looking to come back.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025Location is great with a nice restaurant right on property. Clean house that had a lot of essentials already there. Neighborhood was quiet. Pool was nice. Only issue we had, could not get the stove to work.
