Loved the stay!! Highly recommend

Very comfortable. We were in town for USSSA softball tournament and this was great. Given the heat and games having a washer and dryer was great!. Plenty of room for the 7 of us in great location and quiet neighborhood.

Not cleaned properly. Dirty baseboards and filthy windows not cleaned in a while. Bright white lights remained on shining in front bedroom. Refrigerator didnt work properly and needs replacement. Lack of supplies for stay. Very overpriced. Dont recommend. Should receive cleaning fees back!

Decent neighborhood- home is as shown and described. Was very clean. Only complaint would be microwave didn’t work.

Place was clean and comfortable. Just a short distance to the beach. We even Added an extra day to our trip with ease.

Wouldn’t you know we chose the once in a lifetime heavy snow at the beach week to be in Lower Alabama!!?? But, overall; we loved the warmer weather and fresh seafood. Snowbirding continues. Thanks for the great 1st month.

The house was clean, comfortable, and I appreciated the fenced backyard for my dog. The reason for 4 stars overall is that it was very lacking in basic staples like plastic wrap, dish soap, and a few spices. There wasn't even salt & pepper! In all of the 20+ vacation rentals I've stayed in, the hosts understood that visitors don't want to stock all of the basics when only a small amount is needed for the stay. Normally we see what is there, then shop for the few things needed, like laundry soap or a spice. What we don't use we leave behind, paying it forward for other guests. For this stay, we had to buy everything, use the tiny bit needed, then pack it up because we were told they didnt want us to leave anything for next guests. We found this very inconvenient.

We booked this house for three nights for a softball tournament. I booked while in the car while my husband and I were running errands. Soon after they texted me a link to docs that needed to be signed within 24 hr. No problem. I’d do it when I got home. Then I got a second and third text about this form as well as an email and a call . Within an hour. So I texted back and told them it wasn’t even close to 24 hours to stop blowing up my phone. They then sent me a text telling me they were not going to let me cancel- which I said nothing about cancelling . I also saw an email they sent me later saying I requested a cancellation. When all I said was I’ll fill out the forms when Jm home stop blowing up my phone . Fast forward to check in. It clearly states on VRBO check in is 3 PM. I got a text that morning saying check in was 3-5. We had just driven overnight from Indiana so I wasn’t super happy about the 3-5. I texted them at 3:45 asking the status because the VRBO listing states 3PM and got a text back all in caps how sometimes it cannot be done by 3 during the busy season and early check ins are NOT permitted. I own a VRBO and a larger one and always have it cleaned by check in but if I didn’t, I’d apologize and explain . I was just entirely put off by the attitudes The house itself was cute, clean and just as described. No problems with it but I’d never rent from anything with this management company .

House was clean, bed was comfortable, and the neighborhood was great. My only complaint was the grass needed cutting.

Nice house about a half hour from beach! Convenient for local dining. Perfect back yard for corn hole!
