We had a wonderful weekend- the snow and rain didn't stop the kids from having a blast!

Alisha was wonderful! She responded to all of our questions immediately. The house was fantastic. It was exactly as it appears in the pictures and descriptions. It had everything we could possibly want.

The views of the beach from almost every room were magnificent! The house was spotless, the beds comfortable, the hot tub overlooking the ocean was perfect, loved the pool too! So roomy and pretty, decor was lovely. We were in OBX For my daughter’s wedding and everything was absolutely perfect. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

The property didn't match up to the pictures on the website. The property had water damage in one bedroom that made it uninhabitable. All the ocean facing windows had water damage. And the property was worn with cushions covering outside furniture dirty and not inviting to sit there. There was garbage littering the side of the house. This property was not worth the cost of a night's stay and I wouldn't book it again.

Check in was easy. Actually got in early due to nice adjustment made by owner. Kitchen, family room and decks made large dinners and entertaining easy. Best part of property is the proximity to the beach! Right on it. Really enjoyed the week.

It was memorable, beautiful and relaxing. The house was just as described. Plenty of room and well maintained. We would definitely go back.

We were there for a family get together. The house was perfect for our group. Lots of areas to hang out. This house had everything we needed for an off-season get together. Alisha was very responsive.

Owners were quick to fix a few minor issues. Communication was great. Amazing location, ocean front. Beach doesn’t get overly busy because public access is further down on each side. Entire family had an amazing time. Definitely recommend.

We had a great week at this home! Can’t beat the beach access and private pool! Perfect for families-my kids loved the toys and games provided and the bunk beds! The property owners were accommodating upon arrival when there was an HVAC issue and communicated with us the remainder of the week to ensure all was well with our stay!

We enjoyed our week at this amazing home! The porches were great for relaxing, reading and watching the sunrise. The house was well equipped from the kitchen to beach chairs. The A/C works extremely well. ?
