This studio apartment can comfortably accommodate 14 guests!

The recently added bar and hangout room features 2 large screen HDTVS and bar seating that opens up to the deck overlooking the Comal River. The golf carts and tubes are dropped off at the property prior to your arrival, aired up/gassed up, so all you have to do when you arrive is jump on in! We can arrange for transportation to and from our vacation rentals. ::Pet Policy::
Pets are allowed with an additional $250/nonrefundable pet fee. Pets will not be allowed on the furniture and crates are highly encouraged. Owners are expected to clean up after your pet outside for the consideration of other renters. Additional fees could apply if we find that your pet was allowed on the furniture or beds or if we find it was left unnecessarily messy because of the pet, and/or if we find damage to any part of the home.
