This renovated historic home will please the pickiest of guests. You will find three full bathrooms with sparkling designer fixtures, strikingly tasteful decor throughout the house. The location is also one of the most ideal spots in Savannah's Historic District. This is 0.25 miles from the Riverfront and just one block from Broughton Street. You can walk to everything in the downtown area from this home.

This rental has the added value of one private designated parking spot. For additional vehicles, parking is on-street and spots are easy to find at this location. Metered spots on the street must be paid for 6 days a week (City of Savannah has a Park Savannah app to make this easy)

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with a California King. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs. Bonus room with Full daybed and Downstairs there is a twin trundle daybed. There is a full bathroom (shower only) downstairs.

The modern kitchen is equipped for cooking and dining. There is a private courtyard in the back and the gorgeous Columbia Square is just out your front door.
