Stayed Aug 30, 2024We went to New Hampshire for a Labor Day weekend quad trip. It did not disappoint. The accommodations were great. The cabin was very nice. No complaints. Will be going there again.

Stayed Oct 23, 2023Our family (5 adults; 2 children) had a great time at this cozy and comfortable cabin on Sims Stream. The cabin was very comfortable and had enough room to accommodate our extended family. The cabin is close to town and the road but feels very secluded and there is plenty of room for the kids to play outside. We enjoyed every minute and look forward to returning in the future.

Stayed Oct 6, 2023We stayed during peak foliage weekend and found the property and home perfect for our weekend. The riverside location was picturesque and the address was close to the ATV rentals in Colebrook. Our time at the cabin was enjoyable, front porch rocking, wading in the river, and relaxing in the cozy ambiance of the cabin. Would definitely come back again!

Stayed Jun 8, 2023The creek is magical! Love the yard...our pup had so much fun chasing chipmunks who made a game of keeping just ahead of her. The back porch is the best place to chill and listen to the water. Such a charming cabin with matching North Country decor. The owner is friendly and quick to respond. This will continue to be our go to when traveling to the Colebrook area.

Stayed Jun 3, 2023We enjoyed our stay. Very roomy and cozy. I loved the woodstove. The stream was great to walk and fish! The location is very convenient to town less than 5 minutes. We would definitely stay again.
