Stayed Jan 24, 2026Everything was very organized and it seems to me that, this host put a lot of effort into even the tiniest details.

Stayed Jan 2, 2026This charming historic home is located close to UO and great neighborhood dining, including Prince Pucklers. The home has some features from its original era with the push button light switches. The bathrooms are nice, especially the guest bathroom upstairs. The beds were fine. My girls said the house reminded them of going to grandma’s house, especially with all the board games and puzzles in the closet of the queen bed room. Note, this is a pet-friendly home. We were originally going to bring our golden retriever but decided, last minute, to leave her home with the pet-sitter. The park across the street would have been nice to take her to play.

Stayed Nov 23, 2025Great house on a quiet street close to campus and Hendricks park. There is plenty of room to spread out. We would definitely stay here again. We had an opportunity to meet the owners and they were kind and informative.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025Great part of town! Walking distance to campus, coffee and good food. This spacious, historic home is on a beautiful, quiet street. The home itself is quirky and outdated. Bed was comfortable, but bedding/pillows and furniture could use some updating.

Stayed Jul 30, 2025The house is a 15 min walk to Hayward Field and just steps from Hendricks Park. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and a short walk to restaurants. Pete was very responsive to our questions. We enjoyed out stay.

Stayed May 30, 2025We loved our stay. The house was much bigger than we expected and it was great to have so many rooms and bathrooms for our family. We loved being able to walk to UO and to a number of food options.

Stayed Apr 26, 2025Recently stayed at the Columbia House for Eugene Marathon weekend, and it was the *perfect* spot. Our 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids in total) had plenty of room, everything we wanted to do was walkable, and the property has a ton of charm. Great story behind the house, steps from Hayward Field, easy walk to Autzen for the Spring Game. To top it off, Pete was flexible and gracious and a joy to chat with. Thank you, Pete!
