Colorful North Padre townhome with pool, covered patio, AC, & washer/dryer

this was a wonderful and clean stay! we had a great time and it was also private. we enjoyed it so much i hope we can come back next year. The beach was so close by! The bed was amazing! The house was very up to date and was so nice. The patio was great for us to see the stars! My kids had an amazing time at the pool! The also had a bbq if you want to cook out, which we did! we had a great amazing family time! Thank you!

Easy access to beach and other places

Great layout & location but cleanliness was sub par.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The property is just as advertised. Cute, clean, comfortable, and with easy access to the island as well as other Corpus Christi attractions!

Beautifully maintained little cottage near paradise. Love this rental for many reasons. This place is right off the main strip and is minutes away from beach access, many food options, and shopping spots.Pet friendly and you would never be able to tell like most places that are. Will definitely be heading back.

Location is right off the main strip just minutes from many beach drop-ins, popular (and hidden) dining options, and shopping centers. The home was tidy and had everything we needed to cook and clean up with. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. AC works great which is always a perk anywhere near the beach. If you need a few days to be away and relax this place is perfect for that. Pet friendly and decent fees on everything. Pool is cute but tiny. But we don't go to the beach to be at a pool!

It was clean. There was damage that wasn’t properly fixed before we got there. Looked like someone tried to kick in the second room. The back door glass was broken. The screen was off one of the windows. The drop in liner in the master bathroom had a crack. It took the dryer to be ran three times to dry the towels. We did contact the business that owns the house. After messaging back and forth with several different people we were able to send the pics of the damage. I feel that the damage was ignored or just “fixed” enough. Other than that, it was clean and the neighborhood was nice. The pool you have to walk to. We were under the impression it was right there by the house. Not many dishes there to cook with. When we set up our rental it was with an actual person. I guess they were bought out by a company. I’d rather rent from a person and not a company. They seem to take more pride in their houses.

Fun property! Good neighborhood to feel safe walking in. Not around many walkable restaurants and places of entertainment.

We wish we could have stayed all 3 nights reserved but when we arrived, there was a brush fire less than a block from our bungalow. It was extinguished within the hour but due to all the other brush fires in the area, the air quality was sooo bad we had to leave early the next morning. No refund, of course. JJealth issues continue to be prohibitively expensiv2

Loved this property, the wife and I are always on the lookout for something spacious enough for 2 but not a waste of space. Event though it was a short stay, it was in a perfect location to visit our new family and celebrate with them.

House was excellent. I woke up to my car windows broken. Needs light overlooking parking. Other than that everything was perfect

Overall this place was good. It worked for what we needed - a small place pretty close to the water. Seemed clean where it matters most (sheets, towels, kitchen, bathrooms), but it could use a good dusting on the fan blades and harder to reach areas. There was very little hand soap in the bottles and no laundry detergent. Also, lacking some basic cooking necessities. I could not find a propane tank for the gas grill, but I took a look at the grill and it wasn’t one I’d really want to cook on anyway. It’s pretty worn. These things are not huge concerns, but it would have been nice to know in advance. I don’t think the grill should be advertised in the listing, and it would be helpful to list other things not provided (like laundry detergent). Checking in was also a bit difficult. I was provided with a 10 digit code to use on the door keypad, but the keypad was dead. I contacted Vacasa through text, and they weren’t very quick at getting to the bottom of it. Luckily, the gentleman who finished cleaning the unit just as we arrived was cleaning the unit next door, so he retrieved the key from a lock box. He said he didn’t think the keypad had been used in some time so he was surprised that’s the code they gave us instead of the code to the lock box. I told the Vacasa rep through text that the next person would have the same problem, but the rep didn’t acknowledge that. They just responded with “It was my pleasure to assist you today”, which I thought was funny because they didn’t assist at all.

Checking in was very easy and the house was clean. Lack of basic cooking necessities (pans, mixing bowls, whisks, pot holders) was a little inconvenient but other than that no complaints! The pool was lovely and easy to access. Would absolutely rent this unit again!

Had a great time at Marquesas 310! The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. The beds were very comfortable and the AC kept us cool! Awesome pool and it was not crowded at all.
