Colorful home with stunning backyard, pool, spa, WiFi, central AC, and fireplace

My communication with the Vacasa staff was very good and I appreciated their professionalism and follow thru. A thanks is deserved for their time troubleshooting the problems that we ran into during our stay. That being said, this property needs some underlying issues resolved, mostly the electrical wiring in the home. The washer/dryer is listed as an amenity, but extension cords are haphazardly strung across the inner garage door entrance to connect these appliances to the only outlet working in the garage. You cannot open the inner-home garage door without running into waist light electrical cords. Pool light will not turn on. We pre-paid for pool heat but the heating on the pool and spa was uneven and then stopped completely until the pump was primed by pool man. A power outage affected the home before check-in. That is not Vacasa's fault. Once Vacasa helped get the refrigerator back up (the fridge breaker was not with the other breakers and not marked), the lights over the kitchen island would not turn on and the garbage disposal stopped working two days in. The bathrooms need upgrades including a hand held shower head that falls off its holder when turned on and sprays everywhere and guest bath enclosures that don't allow for easy entry/exit. Too expensive a rental for not being maintained well. Pros: big beautiful backyard, good location, safe neighborhood, good beds, pet friendly. Cons: not priced well for the maintenance issues it will have if not resolved.

We had a wonderful time staying in this home. The property is spacious, with a large lawn and pool area in addition to several separate outdoor seating areas. Everything inside the home was updated and clean. We’d definitely stay here again!

For several years I have been bringing my dog to PS from LA on the weekend of the 4th of July. I always rent ahold with pool because the temps always reach 110+F. The pool’s are always refreshing way too cool off.NOT THIS HOME! The pool was HOT the entire time. I reached out to customer service, they blamed it on the heat- but I come to PS every year during this time and never have a problem with the pools being warm. This especially contentious for me because this is the highlight of my trips to PS.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed the house. It was just like the photos & convenient to downtown Palm Springs. Fantastic backyard and pool & plenty of space to spread out. Would book again if we head back to the desert & check-in and check-out was a breeze.

Your home was small, but the yard was perfect! Relaxing precisely what we needed. Sunshine and pool time. We spent most of our time in the backyard. Two hiccups-one took us 20 mins to get into rental. Keycode Vassca gave us was wrong. Owner was super responsive and gave us a new code. The second is that the house runs hot. It has air-conditioning for day but at night its locked at 78. That might not sound warm but my family prefers to sleep in colder 68 at night and you cannot change it. Other than those two hiccups the house was great for our family of 5. Has a nice BBQ and stocked kitchen. 3 bedroom with comfortable beds in a quite neighborhood. We loved relaxing in your poolside home.

Spent a great girls weekend here and it was spacious, clean, and the pool was wonderful!

The yard was big and beautiful but many issues in the house not resolved even after many calls, txt and maintenance visits. If you pay for pool heat make sure they turn it on. We missed a day in the pool due to VACASA not turning the heat on. If you do use the pool you might want to bring extra towels since they only give you 3 old and thin beach towels. There were a few issues that only one was resolved while we were there. I think this house needs some love and attention to get it back to peak a 5star rating. And maybe it’s just worn due to its popularity but come on take the time to fix the issues. Be aware this is manage by a corporation not a local company and you don’t always get service.

My family of 7 (wife, 3 kids and grandparents) has an absolutely amazing time staying at Casa Colors. It is an amazing property with an even more amazing outdoor space. Lots of room for everyone. My wife and I especially enjoyed the secluded garden/fire pit off the spare bedroom. Would recommend this property for any family.

Loved the great backyard! The fire pits are great for cooler evenings!
