Colorful, dog-friendly home with private pool, W/D, & lush setting

Good location, 15 min walk to the beach. Not to far by car from other activities around Jaco. Confortable stay.

We absolutely loved this place - didn’t want to leave! The outdoor area was beautiful. We enjoyed relaxing in the hammock and by the pool. The inside was very comfortable as well. We had a couple plumbing issues arise but the local team took care of it quickly and seamlessly.

This lovely little piece of paradise is tucked into a residential neighborhood which is a 15 minute walk to Jacó Beach. A beautiful tropical garden surrounds the tidy tiled pool and spacious deck with a grill, hammock, etc. Three bedrooms and a spacious living room and well-equipped kitchen. We loved it. It was the perfect place to slow down and regroup.

Home and amenities could use some upkeep.. otherwise Location was away from Main streets .. beach area could use some housekeeping on a daily basis

We stayed here before with no issues that is why we booked again. Apparently there is now a new management company. We had several issues, broken lock, safe inoperative, toilet didn’t work. We couldn’t get anyone to respond and it took 23 hours to get everything resolved.

The location is so private we couldn't find it at first. The property is in a great location walking distance to the main street of Jaco yet far enough away it was quiet and very private.

This house is a hidden treasure,very well located- close enough to walk to the mainstreet and beach but far enough to be quiet. Yard is magical- beautiful array of plants, flowers and trees. Also very private rancho and pool. We loved using the BBQ in the rancho- ceiling fan is a welcome addition. This house had everything our family could want or need and exceeded our expectations. Will definitely book again

This vacation home is situated perfectly in a quiet neighborhood minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. (Koko’s has THE best pina coladas) We appreciated the fully functioning air conditioning and the many tropical plants in the yard. The pool was clean and the perfect way to cool off. We bbq’d in the rancho under the lights and enjoyed a couple of rainstorms under it as well. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are stocked with the necessities. The on-site laundry came in very handy after our beach days and the outdoor shower is a bonus to rinse off and keep the sand outdoors. This was my 3rd stay and I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a home away from home in lush surroundings! I will absolutely back to stay again in the future!

A million dollar paradise in the middle of Jayco! I stay in jayco usually in a condo directly on the beach two weeks every other month but this place is awsome! I rent a Atv and was able to park it out front without worrying about someone stealing it! The landscape was a true in closed jungle with flowers trees and Animals

This house is paradise! It has air, beautiful two full bathrooms and cozy beds. And the best part on the very hot days is the outdoor pool !!! It’s location is the best,just a short walk to Main Street and beach.
