Stayed Oct 24, 2024Enjoyed every moment at this very clean, comfortable, well-located house with every amenity we needed. Loved the walkable neighborhood close to several restaurants, trails and parks. Fireplace and fire table especially nice for our October stay. Kristine went above and beyond by mailing something I forgot. Hope we can return.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our vacation was absolutely amazing! We can not say enough about Kristine and her hospitality to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She provided a detailed booklet about the house and all the things to do. This was the perfect location for day trips all within an hour or less and only minutes from downtown.The house was immaculate and loved the back yard with fresh tomatoes and herbs ready to pick and the beautiful flowers.Thank you so much Kristine!

Stayed Oct 12, 2023This is one of the nicest VRBOs we have stayed at. Very clean and comfortable with more amenities and extras than I can list. Kitchen clean and well-stocked. Furniture and beds very comfortable. Window seat, outdoor lighting, fire table on front deck all fun extras. Backyard view of Pike’s Peak, deck and seating, and landscaping all added to our stay. We loved the location, close to Memorial Park and Prospect Lake, Shook’s Run green space, several restaurants and a coffee shop, and even Walgreen’s. The owner’s manual was very readable and helpful. Last but not least communication with Kristine was welcoming and appreciated. Planning a return visit!

Stayed Sep 27, 2023This home is extremely clean and well equipped. Location was very central … close to downtown yet situated in the suburbs. Property owner was genuinely concerned about our comfort, and checked in with us to ask if we needed anything else. What I especially liked was the manual onsite. Every detail for this house was spelled out in the manual … from how to operate the TVs to how to use the Bluetooth speaker. Luv’d this house … thank you so much!

Stayed Sep 20, 2023This house is wonderful. Great location, exceptionally clean and filled with every item a family might ever need! Kristine is one of the most incredibly communicative owners I have ever encountered. The Welcome Book is beyond helpful and informative. EVERYTHING is covered and we always knew where to go, what to do, and how to get there. We will be back - excellent home - one of our faves!
