Colorado Springs Home w/ Yard ~ 12 Mi to Dtwn

The house is in a quiet neighborhood.  Plenty of space for your group to spread out.  Beds are comfy. Good location to shopping and not far from downtown.  The host notes that there is a train track a couple of blocks away; trains do run but don't blow their horns. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful! It fit our needs perfectly. It was easy to find and easy access to the highway. Lots of shops and places to eat near by.

Came to visit family.

We loved the location in a nice quiet neighborhood but close to shops and restaurants and an easy drive into town. The place is nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The owners were responsive and kindly gave an extra hour for checkout. We would love to stay again when visiting family in the area.

This house worked great for us. Check in was super easy and host replied promptly when we had an issue with the dishwasher. Beds were amazing! Yard was huge, which was nice for our dogs to have space to run. Just be aware that the sprinklers come on in the mornings! Would stay here again.

Very spacious and accommodating house. Everything was clean and many additional towels and toiletries if needed. Fully stocked kitchen. Would’ve given it five stars but carpet extremely worn in a couple of the rooms but not a huge issue. I’m guessing it will be replaced soon. Response from communication with host prior to our stay could’ve been a little quicker although he did get back to me after a few days. Location was fine; neighborhood safe. It’s a 15 minute drive to the touristy areas, but it’s also stated on the description as such. Fenced in backyard so for anyone with pets makes it enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Great location about 20 minutes from everywhere we need to be. The house had great beds, super comfortable, and awesome backyard. The basement was not finished, but it will look awesome once it’s done. Eric was most helpful with our early check in time. Will be staying there with our next Colorado Springs trip.

Great for a family

We enjoyed our time in this house lots of back yard space and a very nice covered patio. The neighborhood was quiet with very little traffic and house is tucked into the back. I would encourage others to stay however we werent there for the sights we lived in Colorado and were just back visiting. I only really had 2 complaints . the A/C coulnt not keep the house cool during the day and seeing as how we were there to visit friends we spent most of our time in the home HOT it was in the 90s while we were there, the other is NOT managments fault but others should be warnned there ALOT of bugs. We came home covered in mosquito bites otherwise very nice place to stay and enjoy colorado in an affordable house. Thank you to the managment for providing a nice home to stay in

Great Property, enjoyed the stay. the yard is a must for relaxing with pets.

House was nice and comfortable. TV service was terrible. Had I known that we would not be allowed the convenience and security of use of the driveway due to a dumpster I would not have booked this location.
