Stayed Jun 20, 2025Be advised that this is a second-floor unit accessed by steep stairs. While dated (as described in the review of May 11, 2025) it was conveniently located, clean (except for the patio), and met all our needs.

Stayed May 7, 2025Good location for us as we spent time south in Boulder and NW at the National Park…the property is dated, weeds in the entry way, peeling paint both on outdoor chairs(we couldn’t use the deck) and the kitchen cupboards…kid room has very thin old mattresses with stained mattress pad…mold in the master shower…it was well appointed with kitchen stuff which was great…it would be a great property if they could upgrade furnishings…property manager was attentive.

Stayed Mar 13, 2024Clean, beautiful condo with plenty of room. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with essentials. Super Target and King Soopers are down the road. It was a comfortable space to unwind, cook meals together, and reconnect. The complex is very quiet. This would be a perfect location if you wanted to visit Estes Park. Also great location for college visits to CU, CSU, or Mines. The host also checked on us which was very kind. We made it to the area just ahead of a huge snowstorm. I would definitely stay here again.
