Colorado Riverwalk Resort! Centrally located-direct access to Riverfront Trail

The house is beautiful. We felt at home. Very quiet and conveniently located.

This property is really special. Our host was in communication from the outset. The home was clean and every amenity available for your stay. We came for the lavender festival and wineries and the home is near everything! Also did an e-bike tour of Colorado National Monument. Highly recommend this home and these events! Family and friends want to join for the lavender next year and we will definitely look for this home, if available.

We had little to no communication with the host prior to our stay however, the directions were very simple and easy to follow.The house was in a good location for what we had going on, between palisadeAnd old town grand junction. The house was clean and spacious. I had a wedding cake to make for a friends wedding and the kitchen was great with tons of space to spread out. Having the garage to park in and small yard in the back was nice as well.The only criticism that we had with the house was that all of the light switches when they are turned off, have a blinking green light on them. My husband is very sensitive to lights and we had to find some paper and tape to cover them, especially in the bedroom at night.All in all, it was a great stay and would highly recommend this house and host.

We were here for my son’s baseball tournament at CMU, with 5 people and 2 pets in our party. The house had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. There was some confusion at check in (my fault). I called the host and got an immediate response and help for the issue. Very pleased with our stay. Would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this new, clean house. The back patio and grass are perfect for our small dog. The beds are comfortable and the showers are clean and big. Location was great for access to our favorite winery in Palisade and dining in Grand Junction. We would stay here again!

The stay was great. Had an issue with the ironing board and iron while preparing for a wedding. Host was quick to respond and provided new ones within the hour.

Great house. Easy check in and check out. Excellent communication. Clean, easy for family to gather. Nice kitchen.There is more building of homes around it, so you there is no longer direct access to trail. Just have to go down a different street to catch the trail. Beautiful trail to walk.

It was great. Greg was very communicative with us, check-in process was easy, place was very clean and comfortable. I will say— the cost to pay for a VRBO is comparable to a hotel, but with a list of chores to do before leaving. This makes me reconsider staying at short-term rentals more and more.

Great access to Colorado River Walk, quiet neighborhood, relaxing floor plan layout (no steps), great kitchen (it had everything), abundant linens, washer and dryer, garage was big enough to park a F150, secure backyard, nice people all around. Very easy to get to any location in and around Grand Junction and the connected suburbs.

Such a beautiful, spacious and well decorated and stocked house. Wonderful garage and location. Loved going on the Riverwalk too for good exercise. Best VRBO I’ve stayed at in Grand Junction!

This is a great quiet location yet close enough to down town and any amenities you need. Wonderful and modern with a great layout. There is plenty of room and seating for a family or cozy enough for a couple. We loved the patio for evening dining and morning coffee. We will definitely be booking here again if we come back to the area. You will not be disappointed with the provisions!

This house was perfect. It was at a great location in between Grand Junction and Cameo. It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked every night and it was just very comfortable to stay, right down to the bedding. It had everything you would need to show up. I would definitely stay in this house again, and hopefully I will be able to get it next year..

The property was as advertised and was comfortable. The host was very responsive when we told them that the main bedroom and bath had not been fully prepared for our arrival. It was a minor inconvenience and the host went out of their way to make amends.

The property was perfect for us just a few doors down from my brothers house. We could walk to and from easily. The kitchen area had all we needed, the bedrooms were nicely appointed, the living area and yard were nice. Very clean too.
