Stayed May 22, 2026The house was amazing! It was super clean and a wonderful place. We hosted a birthday party for our oldest and a graduation party for our youngest kids. We all had such a great time! The owners are awesome and very accommodating. Definitely worth it!

Stayed May 10, 2026The property was perfect for the family we had in town, with room to spare and entertainment for all ages! Our host was very communicative and made sure that our stay was very comfortable. He went above and beyond for my family, and we are very thankful! My family is already looking forward to staying at another Family Legacy property next time they’re in town! Definitely would recommend and have spread the word!

Stayed Aug 28, 2025We stayed for a USAFA event. It is a bit far from USAFA compared to some other locations, but never took more than 30 mins to make the drive (it was a weekend so rush hour not a factor). The owner made personal contact (not a faceless big company property), and showed interest in our comfort/enjoyment. What more can you ask of a host?

Stayed Mar 20, 2025Our groups trip to Colorado was made comfortable by this house. Great price, easy to access location, very clean and organized with clear labels and instructions to navigate the home and furnishings. Al the teens said they rated thier good night sleep as a 9 out of 10. They enjoyed the space and the location. Fit our needs perfectly.
