Inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting living space, complete with an awesome sectional sofa that can seat the entire group of 8 and also serves as a Queen sleeper. Enjoy the large flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sand and the surf! Off the living room space, you will find sliding doors that open to a large, covered porch with plenty of seating. The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to whip up delicious meals for your loved ones. You'll even find additional countertop seating for four, making it easy to share laughs and memories while you cook. The dining area comfortably seats six, creating the perfect ambiance for dining with family and friends. Additionally, there is a half bathroom off of the kitchen area.

The three bedrooms offer the ultimate in comfort, with Bedroom 1 featuring a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to an ensuite bathroom. The spacious ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and dual vanity. Bedroom 2 also boasts a king-sized bed and flat-screen TV, while Bedroom 3 has two queen-sized beds. The shared bathroom features a shower and tub combination.

Behind your vacation getaway, you can sit back and relax on the patio, which has seating for 8. There is parking for three vehicles on the backside of the property, parking is accessed down the lane immediately past 10th Street. There is an in-unit washer and dryer for your vacation convenience. This home is pet friendly. Please remember, dogs are not allowed on Tybee's beaches.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, and dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.     Tybee Vacation Rental lack of communication with us was beyond belief. We got there and the unit was cold. We turned the thermostat to 68 degrees but it made no difference. I called at 0630 to report this. I woke some poor unfortunate soul up somewhere in Texas. Finally, she said she had put in a work order for us. I drove to the local office on Tybee Island as soon as I felt they had time to show up and get their coffee. I reported the temperature and situation. Then, many hours later I had to call again to see what was going on. No one had a clue. I asked to speak to a manager, but the agent assured me that this was being handled. Hours went by and no one called me back with any information. I kept telling the agent that we had three young children, including a 5 month old coming that afternoon. At 3:00 it was still only 58 degrees in the unit. After six calls, we made another visit to the office. Finally, a technician was sent to our unit. He got there 24 hours after we checked in. Did you catch that?? 24 hours without heat. Let that sink in. Then, someone was fixing the HVAC, and the water heater was turned off. We called about no hot water early the next morning. No one fixed that for hours. And, when they finally did, no one from the office called us to let us know that it had been fixed. So, we went 24 hours with no heat and we went 20 hours with no hot water. And, no one kept us in the communication loop. Still haven't heard from any manager.
