College & Mimosa House in Downtown Auburn, less than 1 mile to Toomer's

This house is amazing!

It was a perfect place.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO on Mimosa Avenue for Auburn graduation weekend. Our group of eight family members had more than enough space to spread out comfortably while still enjoying time together. The home was well-suited for both relaxing and hosting, one of our favorite moments was having a special dinner on the front porch (even in the rain!) to celebrate our daughter with her friends and their families. The location couldn’t have been better, close to campus and perfect for all the graduation activities. It truly made the weekend feel seamless and special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for families visiting Auburn!

Great house and location! Host is very quick to respond to messages!

Everything was very nice. It was perfect for our group. Great location.

Nice house. Each room has en-suite bathroom which was great. Very poor communication from the owner. He never sent check-in code, until after we arrived and were locked out of the house for an hour. Teen son wanted to play with corn hole set in the backyard, but no beanbags were around.

Great location. Beautiful home with lots of space. Bedding and towels clean. Easy to check in / out and they had it ready early for us which was terrific since we had an early flight and a short stay!! Thank you! Would definitely rent again!

Great house! We stayed with a group of couples visiting for Parents weekend. Such easy access to downtown Auburn!

We loved the place and so close to everything!

Perfect house for people who want their own bathroom. Large modern house with beautiful porches. Highly recommend it.

Had the best time! Location was perfect and home was spacious, comfortable and stylish.

Had a quick golf trip to grand national with some friends. Property is exactly as listed and had everything we needed. 15 minutes to golf and a mile from downtown.

Five Moms were in town for Auburn Mom's weekend and we loved staying at this home. Each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom, which was perfect. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We had plenty of room to entertain our daughters in the evening. The walk to campus was so easy with the walking path down College. I can't wait to stay there again for our Girls' weekend!

Great house and great location! It was clean, stocked with essentials and plenty of parking. It was the perfect house for our group, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom and plenty of entertaining space. We will be back!

Perfect place

This was our second time staying at this property. We throughly enjoyed it both times. We look forward to staying there again.

The property was excellent, with 5 bedroom, 4 of which had queen size or larger beds. Great space for hanging out, watching games on TV. 2 houses constitute the property, and the other house had the same code for the door. We found this out when a guest at the other house dropped off some things at our house by mistake while we were at the game. Not a big deal, but not sure why both houses had the same door code. Liability issue for sure, security being what it is today. Host was responsive and apologetic.

Excellent visit! Everything was Great! Location, property and accommodations were perfect. Thanks for being a great host. Highly recommended.

A group of old friends in town for a reunion …4 couples. Couldn’t have been more pleased with the house. Clean, well appointed, great showers, beds, outside space, ceiling fans, communication with owner! Hope to return!
