Wonderful house in a great neighborhood. House was clean, well furnished and the beds extremely comfortable. If we are back in Littlerock we will defiantly book here again.

Great space!

The home was in a great location and had plenty ofRoom for all our group! The comforter in the master room had some stains and the home was older, but overall was a good stay!

House was as pictured. Great lay out! Host was a great communicator. No issues at all!

It fit our purpose. We did not cook. We were gone most of the time. It has plenty of room. Not much of a yard for kids.. back porch could be used .

The owner communicated that only 4 cars would be allowed and must be parked in the driveway. The driveway was sloped and the only cars that can fit in the small garage are compact cars. The yard was full of pine needles. There were spider webs everywhere. The rug at the front door was rolling up and very old. For a summer rental, it appeared that someone had used the fireplace because there was a smoke smell that overwhelmed the living area space. I had to purchase air freshener and it still did not help. You can tell upgrades are being made to the space, but the level of paranoia I felt about staying there due to the tone of the owner emails prior to check in were much too intense for such an old property. The drawers and cabinets in the master bedroom were old and in the process of being redone. I couldn't find an iron or ironing board anywhere. Unfortunately, I will not book this place again.

It was quite and relaxing. A great little get away. All of us agreed the mattresses were the best we had ever slept on.House was stocked, just needed more hand towels and wash clothes, but there was a washer and dryer.

This property was excellent for our families stay as we were attending a family wedding and found the accommodations to be perfect.

We rented this house as a “girls” getaway to shop in the area and it was perfect!! Lots of room and the house was in a very nice area. Checkin and checkout was super easy!! We’ll definitely look into renting this property again next yearly for our shopping trip tradition!!

We were a group of friends just needing a space to stay one night in Little Rock and this was a much more enjoyable space than a hotel! Room to hang out - comfortable beds, and a very clean and convenient space. Thank you!

Was in town for a 2 day business trip and my wife wanted to quiet neighborhood just to chill. Owners were very easy to deal with and helpful. The house was advertised and very clean. Thx.

The house was in an excellent location, and was clean and spacious. We asked for an early check-in and the property manager promptly replied and allowed us to check in early. The house had plenty of supplies to make breakfast in the morning before heading out to play a day of golf at the nearby course at Pleasant Valley.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean with updated furnishings and very comfy beds. It is definitely on our list as a repeat stay. I recommend staying here.

We booked this property because it allowed dogs and had a fenced in yard. The dogs loved the backyard. Communication was great and appreciated. It is a lovely home.

Check in process was smooth and simple. Neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. Inside of the home was nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family of 6. I’d recommend having shampoo and body wash available in showers and some bathmats. The exterior needs some love and a section of the fence had fallen down (something to be aware of if traveling with dogs and children like us). All in all, we would certainly stay here again.

Inside of the property was very nice. Outside needs a new fence and landscaping needs work.

Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in a rental. Nice property, convenient location, easy check in and out.
