The home was very clean and comfortable. The layout of the home was perfect for a vacation rental with plenty of room for outdoor sports equipment, shoes, boots, backpacks, etc. The view was amazing and the firepit was perfect! The canoes provided allowed for hours of boating and exploring. We hiked Saddleback Mtn from the skislope, Bald Mountain, the AT to Piazza Rock, explored the many wildlife sanctuaries, enjoyed the views from Quill Hill and enjoyed an outstanding dinner at the Portage Taphouse. Our dog loved exploring the many trails on the property as well as the marsh and swimming.
We loved our stay here! So peaceful and such a beautiful view! We brought our boat and kept it tied up at the dock. It was the perfect place for us to be with our dog and toddler! Everyone had so much fun and we are hoping to return again soon!
Another great visit to the house. We love hiking around the trails and relaxing. Dont forget your boots as the water was high so the trails were a bit wet……otherwise awesome trip again. Very nice camp/house.
Excellent getaway. We loved the view and the outdoor fireplace. We really enjoyed the area. Saddleback is a wonderful ski mountain and we also cross country skied, snowshoed, skated and just enjoyed the community of Rangeley!
Absolutely beautiful camp..well taken care of ..liked the design ,floors, etc. Beautiful view from cabin. Liked the board walk to dock..fire pit nicely located with solar lights to find your way..only wished there was an area to swim and coming late at night the link for directions kind of left us stranded but the emergency # person was calm, cool and collected and guided us to the camp ..thank you ..thank you..all and all was a great time..
