Stayed Aug 22, 2025We had the best time! The house was lovely and very convenient to hop on the highway to explore Denver and surrounding areas. The neighborhood was very quiet , we enjoyed walking around. It was a perfect place for our family to get together and enjoy our vacation. If we ever get back to the area we definitely would like to book the same home.

Stayed Jun 6, 2025We had a great time. Listing was overall good. We lost power and didn’t have any flash lights, candles or anything. I would suggest to include something in the house for possible power failure. Trash was not picked up all week so a lot was accumulated for the week. We had to use the garage for overflow. Outlet in the bathroom upstairs did not work. The grass needed to be cut. Other than those things that need to be addressed the house was very convenient to highways and overall a pleasant experience.

Stayed May 7, 2025We enjoyed our stay - the beds were comfortable. The host was responsive and accommodated our requests to drop our bags off early before check in to avoid parking with them in the car. Host was also able to let us check out two hours late so we could celebrate Mother’s Day with our grandmas and moms and college aged kids. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed the coffee maker. 2 bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom and the 2 bedrooms downstairs with a shared bathroom. Was a good setup for 5 adults.

Stayed Mar 27, 2025Has just about everything you need for a great stay. 2 king bedrooms upstairs and downstairs, 4 total. Living Room with large flat screen T. V. both up and downstairs. Well equipped kitchen and dining room upstairs as well. Nice fully fenced in backyard with patio table and chairs. We had full control of the thermostat which I always appreciate! Walk in shower in both up and downstairs bathrooms also a plus!

Stayed Jul 20, 2024We enjoyed our stay at the house in Arvada. It was close to lots of stuff, but it was also in a quiet neighborhood. The house was fully stocked with anything you might need. There were lots of clean towels, so we didn’t have to spend our vacation washing towels all the time. There were 4 bedrooms, 3 of those had king beds. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful home to stay at for our family vacation.

Stayed Jun 13, 2024My family, including my husband, two young children and my in laws had a perfect stay at Stephen’s Newman House. The location made it easy to get everywhere on our itinerary from Rocky Mountain National park, Georgetown, to downtown Denver and Empower Field. The house was clean, had all the amenities we desired and we especially loved watching our kids play in the fenced-in backyard during the evenings. Also, having a pack and play for our youngest was much appreciated. I would recommend this house and host to anyone!
