This family-friendly house had Everything! As stated in the description, bikes, racquets, kayaks, etc. it was very clean and the kitchen had everything needed, from an electric pancake griddle to a crockpot. We walked/biked to downtown, pickleball courts and the beach. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with lovely gardens. We highly recommend this place for families.

Great space for a ladies trip. Private space for all 5 of us and great common areas. Anything you might want the home has - indoor games, outdoor sitting and dining area, bikes with helmets and locks. We especially loved the pet turkeys roaming the neighborhood. Short walk to lake and restaurants. Hour drive to Harrison for riding on Trail of Couer d’Alene. We all fell in love with the home and CdA!

We loved this home! The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with most things we needed (didn’t have broiler pan and we could have used more bowls for soup and ice cream). All the furnishings seemed top notch. One of the members in our party is handicapped and the main floor bedroom and bathroom was perfect for her. Our week in CDA was amazing.

This space worked so well with our family stay—- the second ‘game’ room upstairs occupied the grands while adults could chat in the LR downstairs. We walked downtown a couple of times- 25 min- close to so much - great location! Because of the weather, we couldn’t take advantage of the bikes, etc- but no problem, ping pong was great fun!

Our stay could not have been better! VERY clean, VERY comfortable, wonderful beds and the decor was lovely! Hosts were great! Thank you for accommodating our flights. Would definitely stay again.

What a wonderful house! Location is great. We were here for a wedding and this house was perfect for my family. Every room was nicely decorated and beds were comfortable. House was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We were able to enjoy lots of family time, both inside and outside. There were many fun things to do but unfortunately we didn't have enough time to explore everything. We definitely want to stay here again!

Lovely home. Peaceful, clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. Nice neighborhood to walk around in and close to Tubbs hill for a morning hike. Wonderful place to stay! Hosts are easy to communicate with and have everything you may need in a home away from home plus lots of extras!!

Our stay was wonderful!! Beautiful home with too much to say about it. Comfortable beds, very roomy, and beautifully decorated with a large dining table and extra family room which kept our grandchildren entertained. They loved all the bikes as well. This home has everything you need for a family vacation!!

Although we were all adults, the property has toys for all ages. There is plenty of towels, kayaks, bikes, etc. inside there are games for all ages as well. Location is convenient to TubbsHill as well as restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped as well.

The home is beautiful and has all the amenities needed for a vacation. The home has paddleboards, floats, and kayaks for use on the lake. There is a game room and plenty of space for a family to stay.

Perfect house for our families to connect and enjoy the weather. We especially loved the porch and lake gear. The environmentally friendly and sensitive soaps were a nice touch.

This is a beautiful house with so many extras! Super clean and has so many fun things to make the stay really entertaining. The bikes were great! Game room upstairs was fun! Unfortunately the weather did not allow us to use the water equipment, but it all was in great condition and would have been so fun. Instead we Zip lined nearby and went to the Alpaca farm. Perfect for our group of friends! Close to a ton of great places. Plenty of room! The bikes were a huge hit with our group. Definitely one of the best short-term rentals we’ve ever rented!

This home was perfect in every way. Extremely clean and plenty of space for our family stay. Close to downtown shopping and trails. Weather was not great for enjoying the outdoor amenities. Would highly recommend staying in the house for large families or a group of friends. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms and all beds were very comfortable.

A beautiful home, well appointed, and cozy. They thought of everything you could need for an extended stay like ours. The location was right on the centennial trail, a 10-15 minute walk from Sanders beach and Tubbs Hill, and a short 5 minute drive from Fernan Lake (for some great dock or kayak fishing. Plus for those looking to enjoy down town CDA it’s a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk away.They made it so easy to check in and check out. We would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking to enjoy all thAT CDA has to offer.

We loved this property.The layout was spacious yet intimate. Kitchen left nothing to be desired to make our Thanksgiving dinner. The walk to Christmas festivities just right for even the littler ones. The bedrooms were all lovely and the kids certainly enjoyed the bunks and the toys. All of the thoughtful touches in this house make it warm and inviting. we had a relaxing and memorable stay and look forward to it being available next year.
