Coco's Cozy Cabana - Hot Tub / Walk to Downtown

The property was clean and pictures were for the most part accurate however it's an old house. It has an old smell, some of the renovations were cheaply done and the bathroom is very tiny. Also critters running around in the attic

Our favorite part of the home is the attention to detail in the decor and furniture lay out. It’s gorgeous. Each room flows perfectly together making the home feel cohesive, cozy, and elegant. The lights outback on the fence are a great touch during the evening hours. The backyard also has mini golf holes. Bring your clubs if you like mini golf! The kitchen had everything we needed, from toaster, pots/pans, air fryer, and utensils. Mixing bowls, silverware, measuring cups, we didn’t need to go out and get anything for it! The Kitchen drawers are whisper close, our favorite! The bathroom had mini toiletries in case you forgot anything, which we did! There was even a small box of laundry soap to use for the washer. We appreciated how the towels were folded in nice bows on the bed and in the kitchen. The attention to all these small details really made the place feel elevated and elegant. There were two rotating fans in the home the can be used if you need white noise to sleep. I also really appreciated having two luggage stands to keep our suitcases off the floor. The host was wonderful. We had a slight mix up in our booking details, and the host was pleasant to talk to in order to work it out. Upon arriving, we noticed they gifted us a bottle of wine that was on the counter. It was a nice surprise! They checked on us the following day after check-in to make sure we had everything we needed. Our experience here was wonderful! I highly recommend this host and Vrbo!

Our stay at Coco’s Cozy Cabana was nothing short of amazing! The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The hot tub was a huge plus—perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. We loved how close the cabana was to downtown; we were able to walk to great restaurants, shops, and nightlife with ease.David was a thoughtful and responsive host who made sure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. You can tell a lot of care goes into this place—it really feels like a home away from home.We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, centrally located retreat!

We enjoyed staying at this property! Perfect for a group of friends, but you can hear every conversation in the house since it’s all tile. Also, the hot tub could’ve used some more maintenance! The house did provide beach towels and chairs which was nice.

Enjoyed the stay and looking forward to our next time!

The house is adorable. It is updated, beautifully decorated, and they kept the historical charm. We didn't need to worry about parking or parking fees as we were able to walk everywhere. We won't hesitate coming back.

The home is exactly as pictured and has everything needed for a most pleasant stay. Having the hot tub was wonderful after a day of exploring. Neighborhood is very quiet and just what was needed to really unwind!

My fiancée and I booked this VRBO for a two night stay during Nights of Lights in St Augustine semi last minute. I was so impressed with the description accuracy and cleanliness of our rental. Our host was prompt in responding to any of our messages and requests for recommendations. We give Michaels Steak house 10 out of 10, one of the best steaks I've ever had. Order the truffle mushroom house made cavatelli. This home is nestled in the outskirts of the heart of St Augustine and about a nice 20-25 minute walk from where all the action is. Things do close early but, there the Saint Augustine Distillery is only a 2 min drive and open late with local bourbon, rum, and gin. Spirits made in a historical ice plant. It was awesome to come home from a day paddleboarding or walking the town to a piping hot tub. This place was anywhere from 50-150 a night cheaper than some homes we checked out that were only a couple of blocks closer and I would choose this one over and over. 5 Stars! Everything was amazing. House was pristine and had everything we needed. We picked the house for location and the hot tub. Both were perfect. Owners had great communication and responded very quickly. They also reached out on check in day just to make sure there wasn’t anything we needed. Definitely would stay here again

the house itself was perfect, clean and nicely decorated. The location to downtown is ok, thevreason i booked this home was because of the hot tub. however it was filthy and i couldnt use it. ibreached out to the owners who responded via email very quickly, i even sent pictures but nothing was done. ive yet to hear back from anyone as i do not feel its fair to charge me an insane fee to clean when it was clearly never done. i wont stay there again.
