Coco's Beach House Residential Home w/ POOL

We had a wonderful time at this house, the backyard especially was wonderful, with a pool and plenty of seating outside. We spent many hours around the pool. Inside, all the rooms were big with lots of beds, 2 queens in each of 3 bedrooms. Close to everything and a nice house to spend 2 weeks vacation in for us .

Sheets had to be rewashed to our liking. Place could use a little more cleaning, but other then that is was a good stay.

Visited during hurricane Ian so we didn’t get to stay in the home our whole trip. The house was very clean, the pool and back yard were wonderful. Lots of towels. Everything you need to prepare meals. Very good communication with owner and she truly did everything to make our trip great despite the situation. Nice for families with children.

Great amenities. Lots of space.

House owner was out of the country. The property Manager was the nicest person to deal with ! He was able to give us some pointers on places to go . Came and fix a problem we was having within a couple of hours of us connecting him . The pool was very clean, house was very clean . House had most of what you need on a day to day . We would definitely come back! Thank you for having us!

Rental process was very easy. Owner was very responsive to messages. Location of the home park was convenient to our event. The house definitely could have been cleaner. Not sure if it just hasn’t been rented in while, but floors were dusty/dirty. The shower curtain and liner in the hall bath need to be changed. Mold and soap build up were excessive. Very nice amenities offered by owner. Towels, bath products, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The neighborhood is mixed with both well kept homes and not so well kept homes which made our group of women not comfortable walking around the neighborhood.

My family and friends and I really enjoyed staying at Coco's Beach House! We loved having the pool in the backyard and that there was a grill that we were able to use! We enjoyed the spacious house and the location in a quiet neighborhood. It is in a nice location that was easy to get to the beaches both north and south. We all highly recommend staying here if you are looking to book in the Bradenton area!

Was equipment with linens and towels, cleaning aids and coffee. My husband loved it. Pool was clean and relaxing. We did not get to spend a lot of time at the home due to our circumstances. The sofa was a huge hit. We all loved it.
