Coconut Grove Villa with Pool & Guest House.

The hosts were wonderful, greeted us when we arrived, showed us around and answered our questions. We were there for a family get together and the layout of the house and yard allowed us to eat and visit together, but also to have some private space. The neighborhood was nice to walk in and the pool was a refreshing respite from the summer heat. Some of our family are runners and they enjoyed the trails on Key Biscayne. It was just what we needed. Thank you.

What a charming home!!’ The entire family fell in love with this lovely historic home nestled in a tropical garden. The history and character of the home in addition to the obvious love and care from its owners is felt and seen from the very first step inside. Long evenings of relaxing and chatting by the pool, in the living room and the various sitting areas around the home were perfect additions to our fun filled days. The hosts are among the best we’ve experienced. They were welcoming, helpful and responsive from booking to arrival and departure. We would recommend this home to everyone and look forward to a future visit!

The house was lovely and very secluded in backyard. Having the guesthouse was an extra plus. Josh was wonderful and accommodating, would definitely recommend his home and I would stay there again.

Comfortable, clean & with loads of character- this house was a great spot for our family's spring break. Kitchen is fully stocked (even with some helpful pantry staples) and is spacious, reading nooks/cozy spots abound throughout the house, neighborhood is lovely and walkable. We especially loved the library and variety of books peppered throughout the house. Josh was an attentive host. Felt like we were staying in the home of old family friends.

Our host was very welcoming. Extremely impressed. Very nice person. Would love to go back to this beautiful romantic villa!!

Everything was great. the only feedback i would provide is the check in / check out times were slightly inconsistent between what was posted and what was messaged / shared directly from the host. This is a small admin item, but wanted to mention since there was an inconsistency. Great house, great location, great hosts. thank you!

My family and I had the opportunity to stay at the property in Coconut Grove, and it was a truly enjoyable experience. The home is stately very comfortable with class and dignity. There are numerous books and periodic articles that a guest can review while visiting the premises.The pool area is very nice. There are two barbecues on the property.The location of the property is extremely convenient. Coconut Grove is a great area. We were able to use that as a destination for moving around Miami very seamlessly.When in a short distance, there is a nice park you can observe the yacht clubs and the boats we went down to Coconut walk was very nice area to have dinner. We went to Coral Gables, which is equivalent very nice very safe high-endThe particular property is an older home so you have to like older homes, but has all modern amenities televisions throughout the property with RokuGenerally, we had a very relaxing time and the host initials JM is a true gentleman and a pleasure to deal with

We enjoyed our stay. Josh was very kind and quickly responded to all my questions. Our kids enjoyed swimming pool. It has very good location.

Wonderful house with plenty of space for everyone to hang out together or in smaller groups here or there. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Had a fantastic stay with the family, location is the best and central for anything yuo want to do in the Miami area and Coconut Grove is beautiful !
