Coconut Cottage: Pool & Spa,1 Block to Beach by Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals

The property was everything that we hoped it would be, perhaps a bit more. Well stocked, all king beds with ensuite bathrooms, which was very desirable for our party. The location allowed us to walk and bike to virtually every place we wanted to go to. It's proximity and access to the beach was perfect. The next time we come to the island, we will certainly look to see if this place is available.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is precious with plenty of space and the backyard was so much fun. The guys stayed on the putting green all the time while we floated in the pool. The beach was close. We were a golf cart ride away from all of the shops and restaurants. I would totally rent here again. If I had to give any constructive criticism, it would be that the backyard furniture is cute and I’m sure it’s weather resistant, but it’s hard as a rock. After piling up several layers of beach towels it was ok and it’d be nice to add a few hooks in the bathrooms. One good thing to know is there was absolutely no reason for us to bring our own beach towels or beach chairs because what was provided was perfectly nice.

Amazing vacation rental! The property looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. It was extremely clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. The location of the property was close to the beach, food and shopping. We can't wait to book our next vacation here!

Beautiful property, excellent location

Super cute house, close to beach, everything you need for the beach! Great customer service, friendly answered any question I had and quickly. Only thing I have to say is the one room with sliding door to patio gets a bit warm, but there were extra fans in the closet. Would definitely stay there again!!

We had an amazing time. The cottage was so well equipped. Comfortable. So close to the beach. The pool was wonderful. 5 stars. Would definitely recommend. A great location. Our family had a brilliant time. Could not fault it.

Our family has vacationed at Anna Maria every summer for 25 years. We agreed this was the best house we’ve rented. It’s close to the beach and furnished very well. It’s close to shops, and a short trip over to Longboat to a couple of our favorite restaurants. We would definitely rent this house again.

House was very nice, communications were excellent. One of the bedrooms was very warm, while the other 2 were nice and cool. the pool needs some attention House was very nicely decorated and kitchen well stocked and nice appliances, Very short walk to the beach, everything needed for the beach was provided

Great location, very short walk to beach. Straight shot across Gulf drive which wasn't busy at all. Beach wagon and chairs were in great condition. House is huge and had everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Turf in the backyard really cut down on the mosquitos. Had an amazing time and will be booking this house for our annual beach trip from now on.

We enjoyed our stay at Coconut Cottage. It was clean with a well equipped kitchen. Pool was nice but kept too warm. A couple of suggestions would be to put a ceiling fan outside under the covered patio area and to put mirrors in the bedrooms. The only mirrors are in the bathrooms. These could easily be hung or attached to the back of each bedroom door. There were plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella. Loved the tile in each shower.
