Stayed Feb 14, 2025The house is in a central location and quiet neighborhood. It is well cared for, clean and stocked with the essentials. It is very comfortable for a large group but do pay attention to the 8 person capacity cap.

Stayed Apr 5, 2024Our stay at Cocoa Key was excellent! The house is beautiful, with an updated kitchen and flooring throughout, along with lovely decor. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The outdoor shower was a nice touch to rinse off the sand. The large island in the kitchen was a perfect gathering spot and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, accessories, and cookware. The beach is an easy 7-8 minute walk from the house, with close proximity to a gas station, Dunkin', and the 4th Street Filling Station restaurant and bar. It was convenient and fun to be so close! We definitely recommend Cocoa Key for your next stay!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969If you have never been to Cocoa Beach Fl then the Cocoa Key beach house is the place to stay. It's a short pleasant walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. I love how there are 2 bikes provided with the house so you can just jump on a bike and get the true experience of the island. The house is absolutely beautiful and has plenty of space, I love the spacious full functionality kitchen. My favorite spot of the house is the outside shower, it's private and spacious. If you have never used a private outside shower at the beach it's an experience you don't want to miss. I work remotely and found the sun room to be the perfect quiet working environment. I had a great vacation with my family and kids. When visiting the Cocoa Beach area Cocoa Key beach house is definitely a MUST rent.
