I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Could not recommend this place more highly! Came down for a trip with friends and loved everything about it. The kitchen is well stocked and perfect for cooking big meals. The bedrooms are all clean, comfortable, and airy. The bathrooms are both magnificent. The true highlights are the backyard pool and the short (less than 10 min) walk to the beach. We have stayed here twice and can't wait to come back! We had a question about something with the pool and someone from the rental company came out within an hour to check it out. The management company regularly checks in. Every detail is accounted for, including beach chairs and a wagon. We loved it!

The home was well maintained, and beautifully updated. The property management company was extremely responsive when we had to reach out with any questions (a WiFi question and a neighborhood water issue that was resolved quickly). We appreciated their level of communication related to check in/check out procedures as well. Would highly recommend this property!
