Coastline Views! Jamaica Beach Home w/ Foosball

Everything was GREAT. WILL STAY AGAIN. I DO WISH THERE WAS A FENCED IN PLACE FOR DOG. THE HOME , ACCESS AND THE VIEW OF BEACH were PERFECT.

The host was easy to communicate with. Kitchen was well equipped, lovely deck and fabulous location

Overall, the house is very clean and spacious, enough for days at the beach. The air conditioner in the living room window doesn't work and is quite noisy. The air conditioner in the bedrooms is very quiet, except for the one in the room below; it's quite noisy for sleeping. That's the only negative. Otherwise, the experience was very good. Thank you.

Everything was as advertised. Donald was extremely easy to communicate with along with the house being clean when we arrived.

Property was pretty good, but could use some updates and REALLY needs a shower added in the downstairs bathroom to accommodate extra people!

Cozy place. Down stairs room with game room was very small area Other than that it was good. Could tell Place was lived in but all in all very convenient to beach and had all you need

Excellent house with views of the beach

The experience was really good overall. The house was very clean and inviting. The separate downstairs took me by surprise. I didn’t realize that two of the “bedrooms” were actually completely separate. We ended up using the upstairs only. The house had tons of kitchen stuff. No need to bring any pots and pans or dishes or anything. There wasn’t any extra trash bags but we had brought our own just in case. No spray cleaner or shampoo/conditioner just body wash. Tons of towels and extra bedding, though. The beach was just ok. There was construction so the side the house is on was closed for the Thursday/friday of our stay. The beach was public which I didn’t realize so it was completely lined with cars and people when it was open on the weekend. I wish I knew it was such a public beach and that’s on me. The place had a really good amount of a/c units and fans so it stayed cool in the house. The deck was great for a relaxing dinner. Overall it was great. One thing I would fix if it was my house are the blinds. Most rooms had broken or missing pieces and and the glass doors were missing a lot if vertical slats. And keep in mind the “game room” bedroom, one of the single queens rooms and the half bath are downstairs in a completely different space that does not connect to the top floor.

The property was perfect for our sibling reunion! Enough separate rooms for everyone and allows for multiple vehicle parking!Close to the beach with no issues.Great open and roomy deck that we sat out on to enjoy the sound of the waves!

Loved the convince to the beach. The outside shower is ideal for washing off the sand. The house was clean with plenty of amenities. It could however use a few updates, the deck had a few nails sticking up that caused a few stubbed toes, blinds were needing to be replaced. All in all it was a great place for our family to gather for the weekend.

This was a great location. Short walk to the beach. Wasn’t the best wasn’t the worst. Beds were very uncomfortable in the master bedroom but the master bathroom was very nice. We didn’t use the downstairs portion of the home because we didn’t know it was there. It must have a separate entrance that we didn’t know about. I didn’t realize it until we got home and was looking at the listing again and saw it had more rooms. Furniture is not the nicest but ok. There was a very strong air freshener that I think was coming from the vents but couldn’t figure it out but it was very potent.

The unit was functional. A short walk to the beach. Built in 1975 but somewhat updated to accommodate more people. Short walk to store, pizza and coffee shop. Air conditioning provided by windows units which operated well, albeit noisy. Nice deck with water views. Plenty of parking. Very comfortable and relaxing. A good time.

Great access to the beach. Master bathroom shower we to die for. The home was large and there was enough room and seating for our large family.

I’d actually go 4.5 stars! Don was great when we needed something. I just wish I didn’t need to. House was great. We had nine people. Sleeping was great. Just wish we had some items readily available for us instead of having to ask. Only 1 garbage bag on site. For 9 people didn’t last too long. Also, maybe more linens - definitely not enough on site. I’ve never had to bring my own to dry off after showering. Used our beach towels. Don acted quickly and had bags dropped off after we found out there were none there. Just a small inconvenience, but with our couple of days there hoped to just enjoy the stay. Everything else was A+!!! I’d even stay again. Location, cleanliness, ect all good!

The location was great and the house was clean. Only issues I had were that there weren’t enough towels and I had to go buy some. When you have a house that’s supposed to accommodate that many people I feel there should be enough. If you plan on making food, which most do that stay there, then take your own bowls with lids because there are none( also had to go buy some). The pots and pans were kinda bad and everything was in a disarray. The futon bed needs a new mattress. We had a great time but I just wish those things would have been better.
