Stayed May 24, 2025An amazingly clean and well-kept home in Folsom. Extremely quiet neighborhood close to Highway access shopping and food. The owner Kathy was great with communication and had absolutely no issues with check in. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed May 1, 2025We were impressed with the cleanliness of the property, the amenities, and how well stocked the kitchen was. The latter was particularly important to us as we had to prepare some dishes for a family reunion that was held elsewhere. Kathy was very responsive to our questions. We appreciated her assistance, friendly answers and clear explanations. This property was perfect for us and we would not hesitate to book it again if we're in the area!

Stayed Dec 20, 2024Checks all the boxes. Attention to details exceeded expectations. Cooking accessories well stocked, including spices. Drawer dedicated to pens, post-its, batteries, scotch tape, nice touch. Only suggestion is: maybe have a card table/chairs for games

Stayed Jun 6, 2024We came for a family reunion and stayed here for 3 nights. Communication was great, check in easy and the home was immaculate! Super comfortable beds and wonderful linens. Great location and very quiet!
