A perfect location, nice and clean, and just right for a party of 2. If we ever stay in Ventura again, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here.

Loved this property and the location!! Sherrie made things very easy! The house was very clean and just as pictured plus a magnifying makeup mirror (bonus!!) and a full length mirror inside the closet door. The patio was very inviting and new cushions added since photos were taken. The kitchen is well appointed if you want to cook. Easy parking on the side of the house so you don’t have to fight for a place to park. Keyless entry to the house, or a key is provided if you choose. There are three dining choices within the block, plus downtown options within walking distance. There is a lot of literature at the house about local activities, dining and things to see and do. Easy access to the beach most of the time, but currently closed for renovation. I would recommend taking a trip to Channel Islands National Park from the Ventura Harbour. The ferry ride over and back was well worth it!! We loved this place and would definitely stay at this location again!!

We love these little bungalows. We have stayed in both and we are very happy with both of them. It’s hard to choose sometimes they are both very well equipped. We spent Thanksgiving there and we cooked a ham and I was not missing any cooking essentials. The bedding and pillows are comfy and cozy. Plenty of hot water for the shower. We brought our own bikes and were able to store them in the shed outback which was great highly highly recommend the two housing units.

A charming 1920’s bungalow with newly updated kitchen that includes everything you need to feel at home. Very clean and in a great neighborhood with lots of nearby food options. Lots of privacy. Sherrie did a great job communicating. We would definitely return!

Absolutely loved this VRBO. Beautiful, comfortable and clean. Location was phenomenal. Walked to beach, pier, downtown. Enjoyed the use of the bikes along the trail. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great week at this location in Ventura, CA. We walked nearly everywhere we wanted to go. The location is perfect. It has off street parking, a big plus for us. The unit was well stocked with everything needed in the kitchen and bath. We had a seamless checking in. We were very comfortable during our week stay. We will be back again!!!

The cottage is in a good location but it's on an alley (the bedroom side) and on a main road so at times it could be noisy.There were some cleaning issues which we notified the owner about and took care of ourselves.The bed is unfortably firm and there are no curtains (besides the wooden shades) to block the light so if you like to sleep in, it's not very doable.On the plus side, the backyard was amazing! I would say it's one of the best features of this cottage.

Great location. Close to the pier, beach and main street. Super cute and immaculate cottage. Perfect for a couple. Back yard private and nice for a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. Will definitely book again.

High marks for everything about this property from the great location to the ocean and downtown, to all of the comfortable, charming and useful amenities to a beautiful backyard setting to an available parking space right outside the door! We will definitely stay here again if ever in the Ventura area!

Perfect for two people and the location in a cozy, quiet neighborhood. Parking was nice and easy. The unit is walking distance to so many places. The bed is firm so great for back sleepers. The backyard space was nice and the place was clean. Great communication with the host and an easy check in. We really appreciated the fully stocked full kitchen which made cooking breakfast and making coffee or tea a breeze. I definitely recommend and would go back if I’m ever in the area!

Location - Quick access from freeway; 5 minute walk to the ocean/pier, or downtown; several restaurants within a block; very quiet neighborhood - no sounds of traffic or other noise at nightThe house - Impressively clean inside/out; can't think of an amenity the house didn't have - W/D combo definitely was a bonus; comfortable bed; private fenced backyardOverall, this stay far exceeded my expectations. Super bummed to have to leave but hope to visit again!

Great place to stay! Loved being able to walk to downtown Ventura. Very clean! We had a couple of minor issues come up and management was super responsive. Will stay here again.

Everything about this property was exactly what we were looking for.

This is our second time renting this property and it has been wonderful both times! Great location for us to travel up to Santa Barbara or just explore Main Street. One of the few rentals we have had that had what we needed to cook a full meal!

This was a great home base for exploring the area for 3 days before a professional conference in LA. Everything seemed new, very clean and was so comfortable. The location was convenient to everything. Our standards are pretty high and we were not let down! Thanks so much for hosting us!

Easy walk to the Pier, Entertainment, Restaurants, Shopping, and theater. Thoroughly enjoyed a show at the Rubicon. Lures Seafood was outstanding, as well as Eric Ericsson's on the Pier. Excellent breweries, especially Leashless Brewing (excellent live music).

A small but well equipped and very comfortable house. A nice outdoor area which is a bonus. Great location only a short walk to the many excellent bars and restaurants in Ventura.

Perfect location, between the pier/beach/boardwalk and downtown - one to two blocks! Clean, quaint home for a long weekend that included taking the ferry over to the Channel Islands NP. We used neither the kitchen or rear patio since the fun of the home's proximity to downtown is to enjoy eating/drinking out. We found the beach cruisers not really usable so we rented geared bikes and rode up to Ojai for lunch. We loved this home for its clean, comfortable vibe and location and would absolutely return for more weekend fun.

Perfect location we are originally from Ventura California and it was located exactly where we wanted it to be to get to all the events and restaurants Etc breweries

I had the most beautiful time in this cottage so close to the beach and downtown. It was so lovely indoors and out. I will definitely stay at this location next time I’m in town visiting family.

Beautiful, cozy cottage. The name “Coastal Ventura Charmer” really says it all! Extremely clean, comfy bed, & beautiful kitchen! Looks and feels brand new! We were in town for a wedding so unfortunately did not have the opportunity to use the toys in the shed but did enjoy an evening glass of wine on the wonderful porch! No air conditioning, however, all we had to do was open the windows at night and use the fan in the bedroom to be perfectly comfortable while sleeping! Some wonderful restaurants within easy walking distance also. Quite the little gem in Ventura. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a wonderfully kept property in a great location to get around downtown. I would gladly stay here again!
