Coastal retreat with pool, balconies, sundeck & boat slip - near beach

Really nice clean and fun

The house was beautiful and very well thought out. The kitchen was amazing, everything included. Loved that the garage had a refrigerator. It made loading the ice chest a breeze. I loved the porch and 3 balconies. The 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. 5 TVs were great to keep everybody content. I would definitely love to come back❤️

Beautiful home just a short walk to the beach! Gated with 2 car garage and awesome pool that overlooks the canal.

This was a well decorated fully furnished ( including the kitchen) spacious townhouse. It was located in a quiet area that was a short walk to the beach. It was good to have 2 car garage in a gated complex. There was an extra refrigerator in the garage which was helpful but made it too hard to park our 2nd full sized truck in the garage. Not really a problem because the unit was near the road outside the complex with easy parking. The weather was too cool when we were there to enjoy the swimming pool but it looked nice. The outdoor kitchens looked nice but were on the other side of the complex so was too much trouble for us to use. The kitchen was so well furnished we didn't miss it. The harder disappointment for us is we brought a kayak and thought it could be launched in the book slips at the docks on the canal but the docks were too high and no handholds to get down to the water. We were able to drive to a park nearby to launch the kayak. We were glad that we brought plenty of food to fix ourselves. We were there during Spring Break week and restaurants had long waiting lines and slow service.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very nice, however upon arrival, we found the place was not clean. They charge a hefty cleaning fee and to find the refrigerator and stove dirty along with sand everywhere was disappointing. It was never rectified even though we reported it to Turnkey.

Very nice house with plenty of room. The location was great with an easy walk to the beach. The pool was also very nice and we often has it to ourselves. I appreciated having such a small, quiet, gated community for our stay.

The unit was excellent. It was clean. It smelled a little musty, but that’s probably due to the humidity of south Texas. The pool was nice. The outdoor grills were dirty, but that’s not the owner of the units fault.

Pool area is amazing and rarely had more than a handful of people. My wife and I spent one complete day by ourselves in the pool! Amazing! Super easy access to the beach, golf cart rentals, food and beverage locations. Port Aransas is a 20 minute drive for dining and shopping. If groceries are necessary, 10 minute drive to HEB Superstore with curbside pickup. The townhouse has everything you need when arrive (chairs, ice chest, fishing pools, outdoor fridge for extras). Show up with you bag and some extra sunscreen. Enjoy!
