Coastal Retreat, Private Beach Access, and Pool Paradise in East Hampton

The house is in a great neighborhood and the owner is responsive, but we had to be in constant communication with him to turn on the air, the heat, the lights, the pool heater, etc. It was tiring. Some type of worker came to the house every day for some issue. The bedroom in the basement smelled of mold and must, and the fire pit in the backyard does not work. The neighborhood is great and living level of the house is nice.

Great family time away from NYC

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at here! The highlights of our visit include the fantastic pool, which was perfect for both relaxation and fun. The location couldn't have been better—everything we needed was close by, and having access to a private beach made our stay extra special. Additionally, we greatly appreciated the quick responses from the owner whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Your attentiveness truly enhanced our experience. Overall, we loved our time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. Thank you for providing such a lovely space!

Beautiful pool and property! We had a very nice stay. Everything I asked about or needed was taken care of promptly, Danny is a great host.

My family (7 adults + 1 6mo) stayed here over the Labor Day weekend holiday and had the best time! Danny’s place was immaculately clean and tidy. The kitchen was one of the best stocked with appliances I’ve seen - not to mention the generous free snacks and drinks Danny provided! The real highlight, though, is that backyard. The setting is tranquil and the pool amazing. We especially loved all the pool toys and floaties! While the house is a bit of a drive from the hustle and bustle of East Hampton town, we didn’t mind and enjoyed the quieter neighborhood. Which happens to actually be closer to some top restaurants like Si Si, Bostwicks, and Rita Cantina. Danny was wonderful to work with and extremely communicative. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

This property is fantastic. The pool and garden is absolutely gorgeous and so serene. Everything you need is in the house, from coffee to fun pool floats etc. The area is beautiful and Danny, was super responsive. I was there with me, my daughter and my mum and we had a truly fantastic time. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Danny’s house. The house is newly renovated and kept very clean, cool and quiet. It was a great amount of space and the amenities were perfect. We loved that it was close to town and montauk highway. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Amazing home with tons of great amenities, on a truly wonderful property. Our family had a great time swimming in the pool and hanging out under the gazebo. The neighborhood is lovely and the house is very close to the beach! Great hosts too - thank you so much for everything!! Would definitely recommend booking.

The house was spacious, incredibly clean, and the welcome snacks and drinks were a wonderful touch. Danny was incredibly responsive and helpful! Would love to stay here again.

Our trip to East Hamptons could not be better. This property has an amazing backyard for a very enjoyable outdoor setting the pool is amazing the Gazebo the grounds the house is immaculate four bedrooms plenty of space the owner communicates excellent private beach beautiful Community ride a bike in. Absolute pleasure couldn't recommend it more. They have chairs and umbrellas for the beach well organized very detailed absolutely will be back.
