Everything was great

we had originally booked heavenly views but was asked the week of the stay to switch homes, due to another family needing the wheelchair ramp. I was ok about switching but then felt a little regret, since I had booked this back in February. once we arrived to the new place ocean mist my regret went away, this place was a beautiful, spacey and my family was comfortable. we had the best 4 days; kitchen was big and had all the utensils pots and pans we needed. Thank you again i recommend highly, and will defiantly return

Poor management. House not ready at checkin time. 3 hours late. Poor maintenance, hole in floor.

Wish we had more bathrooms, but overall we had a great time.

Not one problem with this house, lots of beds, lots or room, lots of sand, lots of sun, lots of fun!

The property manager communicated the check in with plenty of time, we jad no problems getting the key and into the home. The home is 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs with a pair of bunk beds in an alcove upstairs, they were just open as you walked upstairs. The house fit all of our family, it had plenty of towels and dishes and the 2 and a half baths seemed to work okay for us. The house if just 2 away from the beach so it was very nice, you could sit on the porch in the morning and catch a sunrise or if you just wanted to relax in the evening you could do so without the sun shining on you. If we return to Surfside beach we would definitely look for this house first.

Great location great communication beautiful home

Worked week enough for us.Had a couple of small issues that were dealt with promptly.Overall a good experience. Location to the beach access is close and easy to walk kids to the beach.

Our stay at this property was very satisfactory! There are plenty of towels and the AC works which is important in this Texas heat! We had 17 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone!

The house was great overall! The kitchen was nice and everything was clean and the beds were all very comfortable. Space was good and we had a nice view of the beach and could walk right there. The listing wasn't completely accurate, there were a few things advertised that were missing, and we had issues with the Wi-Fi that the owner couldn't resolve. They were also doing some quick maintenance while we were there

Myself and 16 family members met here for a reunion and had the best time. The house was amazing, the kids all loved the pirate ship bed. Plenty of room for everyone. Would absolutely stay again n

We had a large group of 17. Enough room for everyone. Short walk to the beach. Clean and had everything you need.
