Great central location to Clearwater, St. Pete, and Tampa. Easy to communicate with host. Great updated kitchen and bathrooms.My kids also enjoyed playing in the large backyard.

My family & I enjoyed our stay. The 2 most important things for me was covered, cleanliness & safety. The owners were very responsive when contacted. I would highly recommend this home.

This was our first time renting this particular home, though we've rented another property from the same owner. Like the first home we rented from Andrea, this one also met every need, and checked every box! The home was clean, in great shape, the neighborhood was quiet, and we couldn't have asked for anything better! Working with Andrea is super easy and she is very responsive to any question we had! Highly recommend!

Such a pleasure to stay here with family while in town for a wedding. Fully renovated with great decor and comfy beds and large kitchen. Kids loved the spacious backyard and back screened porch. Best of all - far enough inland to avoid storms damage, but close enough for coastal activities. Our allergy prone group was thrilled to stay at this home that, true to the hosts report on no water damage, didn’t even have without a hint of mustiness now in so many coastal accommodations or legacy homes. Would stay again!

My cousin, husband and I stayed 5 weeks while we helped get our respective snowbird parents settled. The space was perfect, and well supplied. Communication with the host was easy with prompt replies. The neighborhood felt safe and was centrally located to everything we wanted to do.

We were welcomed from the moment we arrived …. Early… we travelled with our pets this time as we hoped to have all our kids in one place for the first time in a long time so we went with VRBO and do not regret it. Plenty of space , everything needed it close by wether you need groceries or items you left behind when you packed. Short drive to several beach areas. We perfect location for us. We were even lucky enough to have a visit from a hurricane and the hosts were on top of everything letting us know what was going on and making sure we knew what the alerts meant based on the address. Quick to come check and make sure we were ok then the property. Every question was responded to quickly and with complete detail. Highly recommend this host if you travel to their area.

Perfect stay and was as advertised. House is convenient to everything. Beautifully updated, very clean, loved the fire pit and in a quiet neighborhood. Host was quick with all communication.
