Our Coastal Retreat has been lovingly and beautifully remodeled. Aqua Cottage is the perfect place for a romantic retreat for 2, weekend escape, girls trip, or a family vacation with accommodations for 2 all the way up to 8 adults and 2 kids.
*Aqua Cottage is on a half-acre in a quiet setting with an outside corn hole game, ax throw game, relax by the fire pit, cook on the BBQ grill.
Enjoy the pristine white sand beaches less than a mile away! Amtrak train stations nearby for a trip to New Orleans or

*Located in a Quiet Country setting on a half-acre grassed lot complete with a southern front porch with rocking chairs and patio furniture. Enjoy watching the sun come up with a view of the beautiful Magnolia tree or the nurtured gardens and Live Oak trees east of the home.
*Dine inside at the large farm table, at the large island with modern bar stools or eat outside on the large side deck that is equipped with a large outdoor dining table complete with an umbrella.
*In the spacious backyard, you can cook on the BBQ grill found under the back covered porch along with even more outdoor seating.
*The spacious backyard also has a bench next to the small water feature, decorated with a crawfish boil, frogs and turtles.
*Relax on the swing for two under our Live Oak Tree.
*No trip is complete without relaxing in the Jetted Hot Tub, located under the Gazebo with privacy walls! We provide hot tub towels and hooks by the hot tub. Read the Welcome Guide to locate the hot tub key.
*Outdoor games: In the patio area you will find the axe throwing game, corn hole game or try your skill at the ring-toss on the back porch wall or just relax in the shade under the private porch listening to the birds sing or sitting around enjoying each other’s company. Record the memory with a selfie by the large outdoor 'Pass a Good Time' clock.
*When you step inside to the 'anchor' and art entry with 2 cushioned benches and a console table. To the right step through the large entry into the 'great room'. The kitchen area has sleek white shaker cabinets with crown molding and black hardware handles, marble stone tile backslash in a basket weave pattern, and quartz countertops in dusty grey. The open kitchen design has stainless appliances: quiet dishwasher, air fryer oven with conduction stove top, counter-level microwave and side by side refrigerator. The island has 4 cushioned adjustable barstools. Share time together with the openness of the family room, including a large smart tv in a wall entertainment center, a black leather sectional with electric reclining, and grey upholstered chairs. To the side of the kitchen share a meal together at the large farm table with seating for 8, a China hutch, buffet and coffee station. There is another table that seats 4, to use for dining, game table or work area. We have games in the entertainment center and in the closet of the Queen size bedroom.
*In the morning we hope you will be well rested after sleeping in a comfy bed. The rooms with the King and Queen beds each have 2 nightstands with a charging station and outlet plugs. The Aqua Cottage has 4 bedrooms, and a work desk in the Primary. Bedroom
*Through the great room, past the two French doors, you will find the new private half bath. This bathroom also has a fan/light combination with a blue tooth speaker.
Down the hall is the closet that has the hot tub key, and water heater. Then further down the small hall is the Primary Suite. This spacious room features a 4-post King bed, 2 armoires, 2 nightstands and an office table with a chair. Inside the armoire across from the bed, is the large smart tv. Off of the bedroom and through the barn door is the Primary bathroom where you will find a marble tile vanity, large mirror and a smaller attached makeup mirror. This bathroom has its own private room housing the water closet. The bathroom features a large marble tiled shower completed with a built-in bench. Inside the bathroom you will find a door that leads to the laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer to use if you choose.
*Other side of the home, you will find the other 3 bedrooms. On the left of the entry and down the hall you will find bedroom 1. It has a Queen bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser and mirror, a closet and a wall mounted tv. *Bedroom 2 has a King bed, two nightstands, a dresser with mirror, a closet and a wall mounted tv. *Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with full bed on the bottom and twin bed on top, a futon bed for children, a dresser, closet, and a wall mounted tv. If you need a Pac-n-play, there is one in this bedroom closet.
*In the main hall you will find the main bathroom with a new custom vanity with two sinks and two mirrors. This bathroom has a bath/shower combination. In the bathroom there is a private water closet in its own room complete with a blue tooth fan/light or night light/speaker combination where you can stream your own music.
*Home comes with Wi-Fi, self -check-in, Smart TVs in 3 of 4 bedrooms and large smart tv in the great room.
*Fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker
*Parking: property driveway and carport parking for up to 4 vehicles.
*Washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and 2 workspaces * *The entry closet has a highchair, foldable stroller, a bag with 2 pickle ball rackets and balls (the city has lighted pickle ball courts), insulated bag and sand pails if you want to use them at the beach. Outside you can use some of the camp chairs for the firepit or take them to and from the beach.

*Down the road from our Cottage, you will find the white sand beaches of the Gulf Coast for a perfect day at the beach, a boat ride or book a guided fishing trip! Nearby is the Pass Christian Harbor, War Memorial Park has playground equipment and a splash pad that is open in the summer. The city of Pass Christian has fenced and lighted Tennis and Pickle Ball courts. There are nearby Golf Courses, Gulf Coast Aquarium, Bayou tours, Mississippi Coast Coliseum, Casinos, etc. you will find plenty to do. Relax and dine at one of the local restaurants such as Whiskey Prime, Asian Paradise, Shaggy's Pass Harbor, Bacchus On The Beach, Field's Italian, or a 10 minute drive to Bay St. Louis to Trapani's, Thorny Oyster, 200 North Beach Restaurant, etc.

During your stay, take a drive along Beach Blvd and Second Street to see the beautiful homes and rich architecture. Pass Christian has a quaint main street, Davis Avenue, where you will find some favorite foods listed above.
Long Beach to the east, has our favorite restaurant Steve ‘s Marina Restaurant with fresh seafood, great service and wonderful water views.
The Gulf Coast features 62 miles of scenic coastline along Highway 90. Learn the story of Katrina sculpture trail and look for the sculptures along your route. View the world’s largest eagle sculpture, standing 17-foot-tall right in Pass Christian’s own War Memorial Park.
