Coastal Retreat: Deck, Ocean Views + Walk to Beach

Great beach house—clean, well-appointed, and perfectly located with easy access to the beach. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more special. Would definitely come back!

The house is spacious and comfortable. Lots of extras that take this place to the next level: bathrobes in every room, outside equipment and games, plenty of dishes and utensils, cookware is more than adequate, and the sharp knives are actually sharp. Lots of natural light throughout and excellent beach access. Host is responsive and helpful.

House was great, very welcoming, lots of attention to detail in doing that. I loved the small touches, chocolate, handmade soap, rubber ducky’s, stamped shell on tp! Has all the amenities and more!

The house was very clean and bathrooms were supplied with everything one could need. Short walk to ocean. Ocean views from most areas of the house. Owners must be dog lovers as the area under the stairs had food/water bowls waiting!

Amazing house and amazing location!

We have stayed here for the last 4 years. It was perfect with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Perfect distance from the beach! The kitchen has almost everything we needed (brought our own rice cooker). The front porch is so relaxing with a slight view of the waves. The hosts were amazing to work with! We have sadly outgrown this amazing beach house and will miss it greatly!

First time renting a property. This property sets the bar very high for future rentals. Great proximity to the beach. Amenities were excellent. Check-in easy, checkout just as easy. I don't know what more to say.

We had such a wonderful week at this Coastal Retreat! The house was a nice space for our group of 6. Nice, light, open common area downstairs, but private and quiet bedrooms. The house was immaculately clean and well cared for. Lovely and thoughtful amenities - we wanted for nothing! Short walk to a beautiful and uncrowded beach. And our host was so kind, responsive, professional, and accommodating. We’re already looking at dates to return next year!

My friends and I stayed 3 nights here and it was great! There were a lot of extra touches, from a basket of goodies and chocolate on every nightstand to a bathrobe for every guest! We went to the beach many times and collected rocks to paint and walked several miles. The kitchen is well stocked for those who love to cook. Lots of games, books and puzzles. I would highly recommend!!

Clean, comfortable and much attention to detail. So many thoughtful amenities and being so close to the beach is delightful. Very roomy and accommodating kitchen.

Served all our needs

This house is my favorite! I feel like it’s our second home. The host makes sure the house is fully equipped with everyday essentials, the towels and linens are very crisp and clean. It doesn’t feel like sleeping at a hotel…it’s almost like sleeping in your own bed. We ate out a couple of times but also bought groceries the first day to have breakfast/lunch/snack items. It was plenty of big for our family of 4, plus my mother in law, and a friend! Lots of laughs, games and puzzling went on.Just what we needed!

This was our second time staying at the house. My husband and I stayed in the spring and knew we wanted to go back with our grown kids. It was great. The location is perfect. The dogs love the beach and the ability to run for miles. The house comes equipped with everything you need to cook. It was nicely decorated for Christmas. Everyone had their own space and it was big enough to play games and work on a puzzle together. I like being so close to Seabrook but have a bit more space.

Really enjoyed our stay booked it so everyone would have their own room. Great proximity to the beach very well stocked. Kudos to the owners for all the little touches that made it extra special for my moms 75th Birthday. Less populated than other towns on the coast... Great way to re connect with family....

This is my 3rd stay at this property and hopefully not my last. It has everything anyone could need and you can't beat the location! The only way it could be better is if they let me move in ❤️. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Second time I've stayed at this property, and it's still the only place I want to stay when I come. They've thought of every detail which makes it just so effortless to stay and feel at home. I will (and do!) highly recommend this place!

We have been getting together for a sister's trip for 27 years. We rent houses in different locations every year. This house and location were the best we have had. Had easy access to the beach. Plenty of room all of us. We had a great stay!

Perfect location! Not like the overcrowded location of seabrook. Extremely quiet, has all the amenities, and a straight walk to the pathway to the beach. Close to everything without the crowd. I would definitely love to stay there again.

This hme ois somewhat secluded with a path directly ro the beach. It was very clean and well appointed, Our family had a great time making it our own for our stay, The firepit worked very well and lots of outdoor seating. The host were available and answered any questions we had, Will be on our list to visit again,

This house was perfect! Super clean, had extra little touches that made you feel welcome, so close to the beach and was a great space for our 2 families. We will definitely be coming back.
