Coastal Renovated Home with Heated Outdoor Pool - 3 blocks from the beach

Had a great stay for Thanksgiving. Well-equipped kitchen and home to cook a yummy feast. Justin was pleasant to communicate with. Spacious home with a nice layout. Would be nice to relocate the firepit to the backyard instead of the front yard for more privacy since only a narrow road separates neighbors across the home. Downstairs can get cold in the winter so may need to crank the heater which may make upstairs a bit stuffy. Thank you for a great stay with lovely vibes.

We came to Dewey Beach to attend my daughters wedding and needed a home that the rest of the family could stay over 3 days of festivities. -we had 8 adults and 5 kids ages 5-13.it was obviously updated recently and couldn’t have been more comfortable or cleaner. The pool was perfect as well. Justin responded quickly to all my questions ..would definitely recommend this home!

Justin was always available through VRBO and responded quickly to questions, recommendation requests, and information regarding the house and its appliances.

We had a large group of family stay and the house was great! Big family room was great for movie night and easy breakfast for the kids. Plenty of sleeping space and plenty of bathrooms is always important and this house has it! The kids absolutely loved the pool, it was great to come back to after the beach or boardwalk and we will have to do a personal pool from now on any rental! Thanks to Justin for a great stay and the extremely quick communication!

Nice property! Our four generation family of 14 people had a very nice stay at this property. The large room on the second floor is a great place for everyone to gather, but the bedrooms were nicely positioned for some space to get away. Our kids loved the pool, and it’s an easy drive to downtown Rehoboth and a manageable walk to the beach, even for little kids. We were impressed with how clean the property was, and very impressed with Justin‘s responsiveness.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house! The home was stylish, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The location was still convenient and peaceful, just a short drive away from the shoreline. The heated pool was a huge bonus and made our stay extra relaxing, especially in the cooler evenings. The host was friendly and responsive, and everything we needed was provided. Would definitely stay again!

It was a pleasure to deal with our host Justin, always available to answer questions. The house was beautiful, well kept, and very clean. The house was very spacious and for a large group - it also provided privacy. Would highly recommend this home! The outside fire pit was a real treat and thoroughly enjoyed the patio and the pool.

Our large family had a wonderful stay at this property. Lots of room, beautifully furnished, pool, fire pit and grill included so there was something for everyone. Reasonable walks to the beach and Dewey for ice cream. Highly recommend!

My whole family enjoyed our week at Justin's house. Our kids especially loved the pool which they jumped into after returning from the beach. The outdoor shower helped to keep everyone clean from the beach. Thanks, Justin, for being a responsive owner.

This is a great property in the Dewey/Rehobath beach area. Walking distance to the beaches, restaurants and bars. Our host was amazing and responded to any questions we had immediately. The house was well appointed and clean. Lots of great areas to relax outside including a beautiful pool! We will definitely be returning!

Spent a wonderful rainy summer week vacationing with family in Lewes DE. This property is very recently renovated, thoughtfully designed, very comfortable and spacious with easy flow between indoor and outdoor living. Kids loved the outdoor heated pool, adults loved the covered porch areas. Justin was very accommodating and responsive to all messages, and even allowed a late checkout which gave us the opportunity to spend the only truly nice weather day of the week at the beach and still have time to come back to rinse the sand off before departing! Would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend to others. Thank you Justin for sharing your gorgeous beach home.

This is a great house - clean and recently renovated. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and a nice sized common area for everyone to gather. A short walk to the main st in Dewey Beach and a short trolley ride to Rehoboth boardwalk and beach.

We loved our stay at Justin's beach house, it was perfect for our family of five, with 3 adult kids. The house was spotless, clean kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds and couches, and plenty of space for all of us. We loved the outdoor space - the front deck was great to hang out on, and the back patio and pool area was very private. The pool was so nice, so great to have the option of coming back to the pool after a day on the beach, and the outdoor shower was clean and great to have at the beach. Good location, not too far to walk to beach or town. Justin was very responsive if we had a questions, and clearly communicated check in and out procedures. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to spend time in Dewey or Rehobeth.

The property is beautiful. Perfect location to walk to the beach, bars, and restaurants. Comfortably fit 13 adults in the house. The experience was amazing. The owner was tentative and responsive when needed. Would definitely come back!!
