Stayed Apr 1, 2026Our stay was April 1–5 (not March 31 as currently listed), and overall we had a great experience. The property worked really well for our group of four—my husband, daughter, son, and me. It had all the amenities we needed, and we especially enjoyed having access to the pool on days we chose not to go to the beach.The location was a big highlight. It’s within walking distance (if you’re reasonably active) to groceries, a farmer’s market, restaurants, and shops, which made everything very convenient. We also found pickleball courts at Englewood Sports Complex just a short drive away and ended up playing there every morning.The neighbors were all very friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. The only minor drawback was that the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable for our son, but we were able to make it work.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again! Thank you for for providing a wonderful experience for us!

Stayed Mar 15, 2025The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect for us - close to both downtown Englewood and Manasota Key and thankfully no hurricane damage at all! The pool looked nice, but on the warm days we chose the beach. There is ample parking and a nice screened in porch with a beautiful view of Lemon Bay! The decor was dated and could use a freshening hence my 4 star rating. Our only other issue was finding the front door. You must pass through the screened in porch to get to it. The arrow on the far side of porch is not obvious to newcomers. We had a good week overall.

Stayed May 9, 2024We enjoyed the stay near the water, Englewood and the beaches on Manasota Key. The unit was very comfortable and appreciated having a pool. Quiet neighborhood.

Stayed Apr 22, 2024Property was very nice and clean. Great location. Pool was very nice. A lot of amenities were included. (Rating for property manager- tried two different ways to contact prior to our stay and never received any reply). No contact with property manager.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I liked the home, it was easy to find. The pool was welcoming after a full day at the beach. Clean and had everything we needed. I would go back.
