It was very comfortable inside very clean but outside very busy and not comfortable
Great place that was very clean, super cute and very convenient to the area. Highly recommend.
Perfect place for us, three men over 70 that were on a fishing trip.
We made it work, not as clean as I would have liked with kids on the floor, wasnt kid friendly with lots of decor on the stands and personal pictures. The toilet in the master bathroom wouldn't flush right, there was screws sticking out on the bunkbed, it had no kids cups or dishes, only one beach towel for four people, the playground slide was all scratched so it wasnt very slipperymade it hard to slide down. The pool was ok definitely needed to be cleaned of leaves but ok other wise. The door was a pain to unlock with a 9 digit code and it wouldnt stay shut unless we locked it. The shower doors we a little nasty the seal was falling off and it neede a replacement as well as most of the outlets where loose careful when unplugging something. Definitely not as good as the first house we stayed in just a couple of months before.
Excellent home inside and out with great amenities. New appliances, great furniture and very comfortable.
Wonderful house. Only drawback is front steps are hard for a 75 yr old arthritic. I knew about the steps beforehand.
We arrived at the house in Rockport on July 5th with our 3 kids and had planned on staying until July 14th. When we arrived, the cleaning lady was still there and asked us to come back in 30 minutes to an hour because she wasn’t finished cleaning. We left and came back an hour later. Initially the house looked nice and clean but we noticed all the towels were wet. A few hours later, we went to bed and the sheets were all damp, too. We found out why when we discovered that evening that the dryer didn’t work and it took multiple hours to dry one load of laundry. We also noticed when first walking in, that there was a soft spot in the floor between the kitchen and the living room which was the main walkway of the home. We would try and walk around it as we were worried it was a safety issue. My daughter fell in the hole when she was walking and the stick-on tile came up and exposed the hole in the floor! We were obviously disturbed and called Vacasa and they said they would send someone out since it was a safety issue and no one arrived. We put a bar stool in the middle of floor so we wouldn’t continue to fall in! On top of that, the air conditioner stopped working. We called again and we were assured that someone would be out. We told Vacasa we were going to leave early if no one showed up. They said someone should be there within the next 30 minutes to an hour. After waiting for a couple of hours and no one coming, we left the house early. We had to rent a hotel room with our kids and had to throw away groceries and never heard back from Vacasa even tho we asked for a callback and a refund. To say this was a miserable experience is an understatement. We were hot, could not walk through the main part of the house nor do our laundry.
Very nice place to stay. Very comfortable and would stay here again.
