Coastal Luxury: Brand New Home - Hot Tub - Fire Table - Steps to the Beach

M wife and I really enjoyed our stay!? The place and amenities were exactly as promised. We are definitely staying here again in the future The host was always available to promptly responded to any questions and/or needs we had during our stay.

The accommodations were lovely and the host was very responsive. Great location and my wife and I would look to stay there again when we visit Sydney.

This place has a great view of the ocean and a hot tub that is perfect to relax inWell equipped and in a nice quite location

This property is absolutely stunning both inside and out! The view is breathtaking. We have already said that no other property we stay in will ever surpass it! The property is spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you can possibly need.

This lower level apartment had amazing location. Just 30' from the water.Fire table and Hot Tub were AMAZING and we spent most of our time out there looking at the water.The kitchen is small so I couldn't see making any real meals for more than 2 peole in it and there is NO BBQ which we found unusual given the spectacular outside and small kitchen.2 Bedrooms with COMFORTABLE queen beds in both and large TV's in both BUT...NO TV in main area at all.The media room (mentioned in reviews) is not for use.It was not listed so that may be on us BUT I would remove reviews then that indicate it is available as that made it confusing.This means if there are MORE THAN 2 of you..it is everyone on the bed for TV night.We found that ODD given that there is room for 4 people in the apartment (2 bedrooms).We all huddled around the IPAD for movie night and that was disappointing.Bathroom had a great shower (huge rainfall and wand).It was very large which was great because that is also the entrance to the property.Overall we loved the locatiuon and the place was fine but these few missing ammenities would have us rethink visitng here again.We love Rental Homes so we can eat at home (get restuaranted out) and get all together for a movie or show..or just a little youtube.Having to drag kitchen chairs beside the bed just made it feel like a glorified...albeit lovely..hotel stay.

We enjoyed every part of this VRBO experience, from first contact, communication, the property, it's location, minimal and clear guidelines, right to checkout.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit is bright and airy and had everything we needed. You can sit in or outside and look out over the water or at Mt Baker for hours. Soaking in the hot tub at the same time is even better!2 things I feel I need to mention are:The stairs to the unit - you will need to be able to navigate stairs. The family lives upstairs and you can hear them. Nothing out of the ordinary, but if this would bother you, than this is not the place for you.Otherwise this is a very clean, very comfortable place to stay. We could easily have stayed a lot longer...

It was a wonderful spot to spend Christmas and do a little storm watching. Beautiful spot!

This was a great way to get some quiet serenity during a long traveling trip! We love all the surrounding areas! The only complaint was that we messaged afterwards regarding something we may have left behind and didn’t get a response.

Amazing property with the most incredible view. First night there saw a harbor seal, a bald eagle, and a hummingbird right in the back yard. There is also a full-on movie room which was an excellent surprise, although working the controls for that were a little confusing. Overall, it was an incredible stay!

Property and the view is very nice. The biggest turn off is having a security camera covering the whole yard and looking into house.

Our stay at this property was absolutely fantastic! The stunning views from all angles were truly breathtaking even when rainy, and we loved waking up to such a beautiful view every morning. We even had a visit from some otters one evening. The home itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean—it's hard to believe a family lived above us. They were sweet enough to give us champagne for our anniversary. Wonderful choice for a peaceful getaway with gorgeous scenery and clean comfortable accommodations. Highly recommend.

The views from the back yard are literally breathtaking and the house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, so if you want to you can walk in to the town of Sidney. It’s also a short distance to the airport and ferry terminals. We didn’t rent a car and just used Uber to get around. The owner was great to work with and although they live in the main house upstairs We really couldn’t hear them. We will definitely stay here again!
