Stayed Sep 7, 2024This house is very charming, I’d say family friendly and quiet area/neighborhood! We absolutely LOVED the pool and all the areas outside to enjoy. Great food nearby and close to convenient shopping.. short drive to the beach, we checked out a few different areas. My only negative was it wasn’t as clean as I would’ve hoped although I do have very high standards. And there was a few things around the home that needed to be fixed, however they did offer to address these issues immediately as I notified them! Great Customer care !! They did also spray for pest and treat the pool while we was there. Thanks for a great stay! We would recommend and stay again in future!!

Stayed Apr 22, 2023We had a lovely stay at this rental on Anna Maria Island! Close to the beach and very clean and comfortable for ourselves and another couple, I especially loved being able to walk out from my delightfully cozy bedroom through the sliding glass door and be on the pool deck. I spent many hours in the sunshine with a good book and good conversations with my friends and husband, both by the pool and at the beach! The living space has recently been updated with great care and attention to detail. We cooked in the well-outfitted kitchen and also walked to restaurants with ease from this location. We rented a golf cart for our stay so there was no need to ever move our vehicles once we checked in. Absolutely our dream vacation, we would stay forever if we could. Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to stay in this area! It's a rare gem!

Stayed Apr 15, 2023The house is great. A bit dated but the pool and patio area is a paradise. Beds were comfortable. Loved having 4 different tables to eat depending on the sun and time of day. Great location. Only 7 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Great restaurants nearby. The house was clean but the patio and linai were not. The pool needed a thorough cleaning. AMI Locals is not good about follow through. They mentioned that they would get it “taken care of” a few times and nothing changed. They said that we would get check in info at 3:00.They never sent the email. They got the pool cleaner to come very quickly but he spent less than 10 minutes and left. No follow through to see if the pool was cleaned. Many windows were delivered to the linai instead of the shed and made the linai unusable on our last day. AMI Locals said they would send someone to move them to the shed. No one came. All promises no delivery.

Stayed Mar 25, 2023We stayed for a week. Needed a space to do a week long intensive retreat. The home is fine, old and dated but close to the beach. The house needs some simple improvement. The shower sprayed water everywhere, no chance keeping hair dry, I’m sure it’s only a matter of time before mold grows on the ceiling from the water spraying on it. My husband said the washers in it are shot. A bath mat would have been a nice simple addition, as well as more than 2 rolls of TP for a home that sleeps 6…. Be prepared, the master bedroom fan doesn’t work so a lot of hot nights. We drove two days to get there and just wanted to unpack and relax. Unfortunately, we did 3 drive bys at each time the cleaning crew was still there. We had groceries and perishables that needed to be brought in. Eventually I just had to call the manager and ask to get in since we didn’t get an email, not in spam. I felt bad coming in with the cleaning crew still there, they ended up staying 40 min past check-in.
