We had a wonderful stay at this property! Host was super responsive and flexible. The house had absolutely everything we needed and is beautiful! So spacious and inviting. We enjoyed the game room and pool as well. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Bluffton next time!

We loved this property. We had a wedding at Palmetto Bluff Montage Resort then vacationed with family. We loved the neighborhood with the pool and the fenced in yard and ping pong table on property.

Cute house and roomy. The house was very clean, kitchen was supplied adequately and fit our needs. Laundry still in the dryer upon arrival. Plenty of dishes, pots/pans, glasses and utensils to use. Beds were very comfortable but no blanket and duvet cover looked dingy maybe it was the color so didn't use. Had to get throws from living room to use on bed. The living room cute and nicely decorated but furniture wasn't too comfortable the way the couches were facing the tv, chair was sagging considerably and very uncomfortable. Owner may want to consider replacing living room chair. Lack of dressers to store clothing in all bedrooms. Big master closet, typical secondary closets. I would have been nice if there was LVP floor throughout the house and no carpeting in the bedroom is my preference, but carpets seemed clean. States in house welcome notebook that you can use garage, to park car but couldn't get the garage door open making it very inconvenient unloading and loading luggage from car to house. Sprinkler runs daily and at very inconvenient times during the day making you wet when walking by and soaking the grass making it muddy and walkways soaking wet in both the front and back of the house. Next door neighbor has a dual flood light on side of his house every night pointing in the master bedroom window, so there was lack of sleep every night even with curtains and shade drawn. House was cute but kept the blinds closed making it dark inside, otherwise it was like being in a fishbowl with the neighbors walking by the house (corner house). Overall the house is decorated and updated nicely, with a well equipped updated kitchen appliances and washer and dryer. Just needs a few minor changes. It's located is in safe and quite neighborhood.

Very nice home. We would only recommend that bathroom supplies are increased. Only had one small soap in each bathroom and the containers of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were empty.

This home is in a great location and is updated nicely inside. Communications with the host were great and the garage with games is great for the kids. The kitchen could be a bit more stocked with glassware.

The place was very nice, clean and our stay was a very good experience.

The home was wonderful. The beds all slept comfortably, ample space for any supplies brought in for the stay and the neighborhood is exceptionally quiet. Very short walking distance to the community pool and closely accessible to Bluffton Parkway and Hwy 278. Parking was never a problem either in the first come spots in front and ample parking in the driveway and/or garage. The absolute best part of the trip was the guest contact. We had a couple of minor issues but Candice was super responsive, even checking back with us to ensure everything was going good.

Everything about this house was exactly as we expected from the listing. It was comfortable And clean, and there was plenty of room for our family of four adults. The Neighborhood is peaceful with the beautiful pond across the street and the location is just outside of old town, Bluffton. We chose to rent some bikes to get back-and-forth to town, which was just perfect. I would definitely rent this property again and I would recommend this to friends and family.

This was an amazing busy trip. The location and home allowed a space to rest and relax. The check in was super easy and everything was labeled and accessible. The home was beautiful and comfortable. Thank you for such an amazing relaxing stay.

Four days in Bluffton for a wedding. House was perfect in the location was ideal. Very comfortable home and beautifully decorated.

Loved the house and location. Communication = 0, you'll be great as long as you don't need a response from renter. We arrived in town 1 1/2 hours early, I knew it wasn't rented that day and asked if there was any chance we could get in early - no response. No big deal, we found something to do before unloading the car. Messaged that there was a light out and the plants were extremely wilted and we were watering them, no response = no big deal. The ice maker did not work in the refrigerator, sent message = no response and was not repaired. I never received anything back at all. Once again the house is great, the location is great, glad we didn't have anything really wrong. Would say I was not happy about the lack of ice.
