A golf cart is included, making beach runs and exploring 30A even easier. The open concept kitchen and living room will be the perfect spot to enjoy family meals and watching the game together.

ABOUT THE AREA: Blue Mountain Beach is a coastal community that rests between Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach State Park and is known for its tranquility, many restaurants, and family atmosphere. The natural beauty of the sugar sand beaches, walking, biking trails and adventure await you. Spend your mornings grabbing coffee and pastries from Blue Mountain Bakery and evenings strolling to dinner at Blue Mabel Restaurant. Don't forget to grab dessert, or better yet, don't wait for dessert! Stop by Blue Mountain Beach Creamery after your bike ride or day at the beach to find out why so many argue that it's the best ice cream in town. Beach Still My Heart is located adjacent to the Redfish Village where you'll find charming specialty boutiques and dining.

BEACH ACCESS: The Lakeside neighborhood is about a 10-minute walk to Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access. There are restrooms, shower, some parking and coolers, wagons and single inflatable toys are permitted, as well as kayaks and paddle boards.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Parking Details:
- This home includes 3 parking spaces with overflow parking available in town. Passes are required in front space.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

    Our stay was incredible!This house exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness, spacious layout, and amazing views. The beach access made getting to the shore super easy and convenient.The only issue we experienced was with the laundry — two of our items were damaged in the wash, and the dryer didn’t fully dry our clothes.Other than that, everything was perfect! We had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. We’d love to stay here again!

    This beautiful home provided ample space for our group of eight to enjoy a comfortable vacation. The large kitchen was perfect for preparing meals at home, and we loved being within walking distance to the beach, pool, restaurants, and the best ice cream shop! There his also a bakery with very tasty cinnamon rolls. The beach was very close, with its snow white sand, was just down the street. We drove the golf cart everywhere, first for all of us! We were sadly lazy and never used the bikes. The cart was too much fun! The management team was incredibly responsive to our texts and requests and even left us a thoughtful welcome gift—30A Beach Girls hats and towels. The free bonfire was a highlight, complete with live music and s'mores. Only negative was Seaside we couldn't wait to see the Truman house etc, Seaside gets really crappy with you taking pictures. They confronted us twice about taking pictures. So weird. I would definitely recommend this house and 30A Beach Girls to others!

    This was our 3rd time staying with 30a beach girls. They are so great to vacation with. Their homes are all gorgeous and clean and they provide amazing service. First golf cart was awesome. second the screened in porch her met no bugs and cocktail hour or coffee in the morning. Bonfire night superb and yummy. I was the corn hole champion. We thin k we are for the first time ever going to rebook the same house next year. it's so convenient to everything and the neighborhood is so chill. You don't hear anything.

    Loved this house. The location was perfect as we could walk to the pool, beach and to eat, really never used the car. Neighborhood was safe for the kids to ride their bikes around. We loved the large screened in porch upstairs and ate a lot of breakfasts up there. Thank you to 30a Beach Girls-we loved the bonfire and they took great care to answer all our questions about the area. We will definitely book this house next year. Just sad ? to leave.

    House was beautiful, neighborhood quiet. Vacation company was nice. We got to the bonfire late and only got to stay like 15 minutes but still had some s'mores. We forgot about it. Didn't make ti to the pool we love the beach. Beach was never overcrowded I thought it would be with all the stuff on Facebook but it wasn't. Would book again.

    This home was exactly what my family needed. Close to the pool, beach and dining. We drove the golf cart everywhere, didn't need our car. Loved the included bonfire, it was a perfect evening after a day soaking in the sun. We loved that beach girls was available for all our questions and all the fun merch they left for us! Our car proudly has beach girls sticker!! So fun! Highly recommend booking this home.
