    Good size house comfortable to stay in but it does need a bit of a clean...there is spiderwebb all around the house windows and doors we had to buy our own mop to clean the floor the house didn't have one nor did the house have a vacuum..and the downstairs split system is so noisy when its on i think that needs attention asap

    Due to Covid and isolation, instead of 7 people staying at the property it ended up just being myself. So I’m assuming the cleaning staff didn’t have much to do. A few things that would deter me from booking this place again: There are no bbq facilities. For a home this size, and for a holiday destination many families can’t eat out every night or eat take away so a bbq would be the obvious choice. I had assumed it was included but was quite surprised that it wasn’t an option when I got to the home. Also, the heat upstairs in particular the main bedroom is unbearable. There needs to be a split system included in the main bedroom and that way if both units are working it can somehow cool the upper floor. Also, the home is advertised with wifi and i chose it because I needed to work on a few mornings but unfortunately I couldn’t do that successfully. The wifi reception is quite bad, and this needs to be included in the description of the property. I struggled to make any calls out of the house, and wifi only worked efficiently at times if I sat in the downstairs bedroom where the modem is. I have since understood that Indented Heads is quite terrible with reception. Having said that the spaces in the house and the living area are great. Also the washer and dryer next to the kitchen is excellent. Many families would benefit from this house but at a minimum a bbq needs to be installed. I have stayed in a number of houses in port Arlington, Sorrento and Portsea and they all have all left a few complimentary items upon arrival. Bottles of water, small travel packs of condiments, sunscreen and a few basic items in the fridge as a welcome gift. This house didn’t have anything. Amyway, I definitely enjoyed my stay and the house was comfortable but I thought I would pass on some recommendations as food for thought. Thank you.
