The Space:

Step into Coastal Heights, where bushland stillness meets coastal rhythm in a home made for both gathering and retreat. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel the balance. Wide-open interiors invite connection, quiet nooks offer space to recharge, and the heated pool draws you outside no matter the season.



The home sleeps ten across five elegant bedrooms, with a mix of king and queen beds plus a playful bunk room for the kids. Mornings begin with coffee on the deck, birdsong in the trees, and barefoot laps in the pool. As the day unfolds, some guests ride bikes to the beach while others curl up in the second lounge with a book or a film. Evenings bring everyone together for shared meals at the alfresco table or a glass of wine by the fire.



Pet-friendly and family-ready, the house includes all the essentials plus a few unexpected luxuries. There’s a chef’s kitchen, dual living zones, full laundry, and curated styling throughout. Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the full home, including the heated pool, alfresco deck, fenced backyard, kitchen, and both living areas. Check-in is via lockbox. Onsite parking is available.



The Neighborhood:

Set in a quiet residential area of Dunsborough, Coastal Heights offers a relaxed South West lifestyle with a mix of modern homes and established streets. The neighbourhood has a calm, family-friendly feel while still being close to town conveniences and natural surrounds.



You’re just minutes from Dunsborough town centre, with its cafés, shops, and restaurants, and a short drive to nearby beaches, swimming spots, and the wider Margaret River region.

Noise & Quiet Hours

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay.



Firewood

A small supply of firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.



Leavers

We are currently not hosting Leavers bookings.



Pet Policy

This property is pet-friendly. A $95 pet fee applies per pet, per stay, with a maximum of two pets permitted. All pets must be approved prior to arrival. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms and must not be left unattended at any time. Guests must ensure pets are supervised throughout their stay, and noise restrictions still apply. All pet waste must be cleaned up, and any excess mess, waste, or animal hair left behind may result in an additional cleaning fee.
