Coastal Getaway w/ Heated Pool, Hot Tub & Relaxing Views

Beautiful pool overlooking a large lake. Property is well kept and clean.

Comfortable rental in a quiet residential neighbourhood close to Hwy19. Good range of seating options in pool area - from which there is an open view across a lake. Well-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels. Heated pool was at set at 78F which was fine for us.

Great location for us. We were visiting family and on the way discovered Tarpon Springs which is really close. We went 3 times? The house was very nice. Nice size pool. Wish the pool was warmer but it was April and heater may not have been turned on yet.

Diana is an excellent host! We enjoyed the pool, lake view and quiet neighborhood.

Check in was super easy. Diana was easy to work with and accommodating when we needed to add and additional person last minute. Overall a great time!

This house is amazing. The owner has gone upscale on everything. No cheap, tacky, mismatched & thrown together decor. I wish MY house was this nice! We ran into all sorts of problems —NONE associated with the house, the owner, the manager!—so we didn’t get to use the pool or hot tub. We did spend every possible minute we could in the patio/lanai, soaking in that view and watching the birds & squirrels. We’re already working on booking a week for our anniversary. And this time we’re not telling anyone we’re there! We’re gonna live in that pool! Thanks to Diana for putting up with us! She’s a gem!

Started off exciting. On lake not coastal. Inquired about pool heater to owners daughter, was told she'd take care of it and didn't see her again. Guest Manual claimed water at 85, it was locked in at 76. Picked this home for location, hot tub and pool. Very disappointing we couldn't use. Beautiful home but in need of few maintenance issues and pest control.

Excellent stay

Everything was so clean and the house was really nice. I have stayed at many houses and this was the top of my list Pool and hot tub were great. Host was easy to get in contact with and very nice. Would highly recommend.

Property was exactly as listed. House was very clean and kitchenwas well stocked for making meals. We loved the pool and hot tub. Diana answered all of our questions quickly either by phone call or text.

The location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood, but also close to downtown. We loved watching the wildlife right in our backyard. Diana made the check-in process very easy. No hassle at all. We will definitely rent this place again.

This was our second visit and we’re already looking forward to returning. Very comfortable. Great pool and view. Everything you need for a relaxing stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at 3 Rs. The location is ideal with a large number of restaurants and a choice of supermarkets within a 5 - 10 minute drive. The house is in a quite location with the only major noise coming from the variety of wildlife that visit the lake. The house was comfortable and has everything you need for your vacation. As previously mentioned in another review, the only slight negative was that the hot tub did have a strong chemical smell but we did eventually get used to it and it was a good way to soothe tired legs after a days walking. During our stay we did visit the beach at Clearwater and also spent a couple of hours renting Kayaks at the Werner-Boyce Salt Springs state park which is only a 5 minute drive away (Traffic lights permitting).

Home was very clean, had everything you needed. Pool and hot tub were great. Neighborhoo was quiet.

House is great, clean, comfortable and location great. Diana, the property manager, always responds and friendly. We rented the house because it advertisedd a heated pool which is very important to us. The owner has control over the pool, not the manager. Pool was cold and it took the owner 13 days to finally get the temperature to the point where we were not covered in goosebumps when swimming. I don't need bathtub temperatures but the pool temperature was far from comfortable and no one made any attempt to correct the situation quickly. Our experience was very frustrating and spoiled an otherwise enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful time here! Diana was exceptional. She was always available and very quick to respond to our questions. The house was very comfortable and relaxing. The view of the lake was beautiful and the pool was fantastic. We will definitely stay again!
