The detached post-and-beam barn offers additional privacy and sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests, plus its own full bathroom with shower—perfect for children or extended family. There are 2 twin beds, 2 built in bunk beds and a king bed which can be converted to two twins.

We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property for families and gatherings. The property layout was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a group. The pool and tennis court were a great addition, and we enjoyed using both during our stay. The location was also excellent, with easy access to biking, kayaking, walks, runs, great restaurants, and other activities in the area. We also want to acknowledge the agency for their amazing communication and support. Thank you to the owners for sharing such a beautiful property.

We stayed at this lovely home on a quiet street in a pretty neighborhood for two months while our own house was being renovated, and it was the perfect place to land during that time. The area is so peaceful and serene. The house was modern, comfortable, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a longer stay. The owners were incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive throughout. We’re very grateful for such a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this property.

Magical Getaway

The home feels tucked away from all the hustle and bustle, and deeply calming, yet you’re still only about 10 minutes from Whole Foods and everyday conveniences. We stayed as a couple along with our in-laws and grandchildren, and the layout was perfect for multi-generational time together. The children absolutely loved sleeping in the beautiful post-and-beam barn, it felt like a magical camping experience for them. Sandy Neck beach is only a 15 minute drive along 6A. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and every convenience was thoughtfully provided throughout the home. The owners were also immediately available and responsive for anything that came up, which made the stay feel especially easy and well cared for.

Perfect Vacation Rental

We spent 2 wonderful weeks at 29 Calves Pasture Lane and couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful, restorative stay. The home is a true oasis, quiet and serene, yet close enough to everything we needed. As an older couple, we especially appreciated the lifestyle the property offers. We enjoyed regular walks to the village, a quick jaunt to the beach to watch the sunset, and making full use of the tennis courts and heated pool. The setting made it easy to fall into a relaxed, healthy rhythm. The home itself is cozy, comfortable, well-appointed. This is a special place for anyone looking to slow down, unwind, and enjoy the simple pleasures of Cape living.
